A GOOD WILL It is always possible to do more and we at FOGA always strive to be a little better each day. We are just at the beginning of our sustainability journey.
We have just started our journey towards becoming more environmentally friendly, thinking and working more sustainably and actively working to make employees thrive, be involved and feel good with us. We hope and wish that our work will inspire and motivate both customers and suppliers to follow us towards a more sustainable future. Cooperation with Almi Together with Almi, we have been able to participate in a project called Growing Green. Thanks to this project, we have received a very good foundation and support to start our sustainability work. It’s all connected Because we believe that sustainability is a coherent whole, we divide our sustainability work into ecological, social and economic sustainability. By integrating these three dimensions, we can build a sustainable future where people, the planet and the economy thrive together. We have set the compass towards a more sustainable future for FOGA and in this document we want to give a simple status update regarding our ongoing sustainability work.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
Is about the fact that our planet and its resources are limited and must be protected for future generations. 1. A big step One of our biggest investments we are making right now is to replace all our aluminum with a traceable aluminum that is produced in Norway through renewable energy from hydropower, wind & sun, which makes it a much cleaner aluminum. This also reduces the carbon footprint per kg of aluminum from 6.7 to 4.0, which is also a quarter of the global average. 2. Recycled consumer scrap gets new life We are launching our Wall 60 stand system with a more environmentally friendly aluminum that consists of at least 75% recycled aluminum scrap. By using recycled aluminium, energy consumption is greatly reduced in the production phase. 3. Moving towards zero waste We are looking for different solutions to reduce our waste material. 4. Even a small step count! We have supplemented and expanded our internal sorting of waste so that everything is sorted correctly.

SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY Social sustainability is achieved by creating fair and inclusive societies where people thrive and have the opportunity to develop. 1. Our moral map We are developing a Code of Conduct as a reminder of our commitment to always strive for justice, transparency and responsibility. It is our guide when we do business, our promise to our customers and our duty to our employees. 2. Our sustainable journey In our sustainability report we can talk about our sustainable progress. About what we do and how, but also what our plans are for the future. 3. Participation and commitment Our CEO has created and communicated a clear target image for what the organisation should look like. This target image has increased commitment internally and will over time strengthen our competitiveness. Together, we have set various milestones to move forward. We have regular meetings where everyone is involved and participates to give each other a status update within each area of responsibility. We have completed a team development course which has made us grow as a team but also individually in our work roles and how we act towards each other. 4. Follow-up We work with regular staff appraisals but also follow-up talks to ensure that everyone is well and feels that they are developing and thrive at Foga. 5. Feedback We will work more actively with customer satisfaction, highlighting what our customers think, think and feel. This through e.g. Customer satisfaction surveys of various kinds. This is important to us so that we can develop and become as good a partner as possible. 6. Winning structures We are working on different processes within purchasing, production and assembly that will create clarity and structure for us but also our customers and suppliers.

ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY Means that we must combine profitability with responsibility towards society and the environment. 1. A measurable plan We have created a sustainability plan with distinct measurable goals. 2. Digital presens Another big project for us is our new website, which is getting a major makeover. It will make it easier for our customers to quickly and easily find the information and material they are looking for. It will also function as an internal “single source”. We want to create clarity for everyone involved. 3. Customer focus and efficiency We have implemented a new CRM system that will make it easier for us in our daily work but also streamline our way of working. It simplifies, clarifies and streamlines our customer contact
