Our Healthy Inspirations Weight Loss Program is your answer! Tracey is a member of our gym and needed some accountability and guidance around her food choices. She got started with Health Inspirations Weight Loss Coach Alex and here’s what Tracey thought of the program!

Describe your health and fi tness before you started the Healthy Inspirations Weight Loss Program.

Before the program I was already doing classes at the gym and thought I had a pretty healthy diet, but just couldn’t seem to lose any weight, which has crept on over the last couple of years and refused to budge!

What had you tried in the past?

Self-control, and cutting down on fats, sugars and snacks. When I was younger I never used to have too much trouble losing weight if I put my mind to it, but this time around it just wouldn’t shift!

How easy did you fi nd the program?

The program was really easy – as long as I did the planning and worked out what I was eating for the week. My husband loved the recipes that Alex posted online and so I didn’t have to cook different meals for him. Planning also meant I didn’t have to think too hard about what to cook! The diary was a simple way to keep track of progress, document what I was eating and drinking, and plan for the upcoming week. There was so much food, I was never hungry! And it was so tasty that we still use recipes regularly even after I have fi nished the program.

What difference has the coaching made to you sticking to the program?

Having a coach was a really positive aspect of the program, even though I never imagined that I’d need a weight coach! If I was unsure about choosing foods or planning meals, I could ask Alex. If I had a big social week and ate lots of things I shouldn’t, she was there to get me back on track with a positive attitude. She had lots of ideas to help along the way. It really surprised me how much I enjoyed having her there for the support and not having to do it alone!

Tell us what you have achieved?

I am now the same weight I was when I was married – 34 years ago! And I’ve managed to keep the weight off because I have simple strategies to fall back on when I need them.

How has achieving these results affected other aspects of your life?

I have less knee and joint pain than I used to,

Having a coach I can wear my clothes was a really more confi dently and positive aspect of the I’ve had lots of people program, even though notice the difference! It I never imagined that just feels good to not be I’d need a weight carrying that extra weight coach! Do it! If you put your mind to it, stick with the program and have Alex to support you, it’s a really positive way to lose weight and keep it off!
