• 2 large schoolyards
• Separate area for the dining tents
• 1 amphitheater
• Sports hall with showers and sanitary facilities (alternative in very bad weather)
• 1 Infirmary/first-aid room






• Each sub-camp gets one toilet block (male/female)
• 4 classrooms per subcamp
• At least 2 leaders/supervisors sleep in each classroom







• Large campsite with tents and camp beds provided by the SNJ (the leaders sleep with the children)
• Toilets and sanitary facilities inside the building
• Warm sleeping bags are available (no additional sleeping bags need to be purchased)



• City Visit: City game (all groups accompanied by a leader)
• Adventure: Scavenger hunt, day activities, outdoor day, cooking around the campfire, camp celebration, and one night sleeping in a tent
• Sport: Olympics, water games, swimming
• Cozy: Relaxation, free time, creative workshops
• Camp Life: Scout skills and workshops, site-wide activities, great entertainment
• Evening Activities: Action evening, theatre performance, casino night, singing and campfire songs, and evening games between sub-camps.







• No mobile phone, smartwatch, tablet, etc.
• Wristband with a QR code
• Communication via a WhatsApp channel (QR code in the next newsletter)
• Pocket money: maximum €10
• Do not bring valuables (the organizers are not responsible for them)
• No sweets or snacks; everything is provided at camp, including occasional desserts, ice cream, etc.

It will be handed out at camp on the first day to the children who ordered it.



• Complete the Medical Form online and upload:
A copy of the child's ID card
A copy of the vaccination record
A copy of the social security card/health insurance card.

Communication

• 24/7 FNEL emergency hotline available throughout the camp period.







• Equipment and clothing / Contact with parents during the camp
• If a child develops a stomach bug or similar illness, parents will be contacted and must come pick up their child.
• A leader/supervisor is always present with the children.
• Access to the camp site is not permitted to visitors/outsiders.
• Activities will be adapted to weather conditions. Children will be regularly reminded to use sunscreen and stay hydrated. Activities may also be modified in response to weather alerts, with the sports hall available as an alternative.



• Children will be reminded to check themselves for ticks; if a tick is found, they should go to the infirmary.
• In an emergency, Julie or Laura can be reached at any time via the emergency phone. For other important questions, they can be contacted by email.
• The kitchen accommodates all special dietary requirements specified on the medical forms. Any further questions can be addressed after the meeting.
• The city game will take place in Luxembourg City.
• At the sub-camp, groups will be mixed to encourage children to make new friends.



• Minimum of 1 leader for every 5 children, plus staff; for some activities, the supervision ratio is even higher.
• Quiet time / lights out at 10:00 PM.

• The leaders of each group will stay in the same sub-camp as the children from their group.
