Benco Dental Supply to build-out at Tradeport

Benco Dental Supply Co. is preparing to build-out its new Southeast distribution center in Jacksonville International Tradeport. Haskew Company & Associates Inc. proposes to build-out the 124,000-square-foot space for Benco at a project cost of $1.73 million. That boosts the construction investment in the building to $6.8 million.

Site clearing, construction, electrical, plumbing, fire systems and roofing work totals $5 million, permit records show. Benco will almost double in size as it moves its distribution center from 70,000 square feet in Westside Industrial Park to the Jackson-Shaw property. Benco, based in Pittston, Pennsylvania, distributes dental supplies and equipment and provides services, such as equipment repair, office design, financial planning and more for dental practices.
