The city issued a permit Wednesday for All American Debris & Wrecking LLC to gut the interior at a cost of $275,000. The permit lists the proposed use as storage. All American Debris was cleared to demolish the interior and remove some of the exterior elements of the six-story, almost 94,000-square-foot building at 7820 Arlington Expressway.
