By David Cawton Staff Writer When former Mayor John Delaney joins Rogers Towers and The Fiorentino Group on June 1, he could be stepping into the JEA sale debate. Southeastern Grocers CEO Anthony Hucker.

Hucker: SEG will accelerate renovations CEO of Winn-Dixie parent says Chapter 11 plan has put company in a better position.
