A Jacksonville Beach investment group bought the Adventure Landing property in Jacksonville Beach on Feb. 24 for $7.87 million. Property owner National Retail Properties LP of Orlando sold the almost 22.2-acre site at 1944 Beach Blvd. to JB Fair Park MF LLC. The LLC shares an address

with Trevato Development Group of Jacksonville Beach. Trevato could not be reached for comment. Its website says it “creates innovative places where residents and visitors alike love to work, relax, stay and play.” Adventure Landing owner Hank Woodburn said the park has a lease on the property and will continue operating. “This is our 26th season coming up and (we) look forward to 26 more,” he said. He said the park is operating and the water park will open March 6. The name of the buyer indicates multifamily development is possible. The operator of the Adven-

Omni Jacksonville Corp. sold the Omni Jacksonville Hotel Downtown to a company whose address is in Jackson, Wyoming, for $35.1 million. The Omni Jacksonville at 245 Water St. opened in October 1987. It has 354 rooms and suites. The sale represents a price of $99,152 per room. LR Jax LLC bought the property Feb. 25. The deed, recorded Feb. 26, was signed by Michael G. Smith, executive vice president of Dallas-based Omni Jacksonville Corp. LR Jax LLC’s Wyoming address is the same as Jackson Hole Trust Co. The managers are Willow Lake Holdings Inc., LR Intermediate LLC, Ian Livingstone and Desmond Taljaard, also at that address.

Belle Rive Club Apartments sold for $13.13M CBRE announced Feb. 26 it facilitated the $13.13 million sale of Belle Rive Club Apartments at 8715 Belle Rive Blvd. along Southside Boulevard. Stuart-based Main Street Residential purchased the 104-unit property from Ohio-based KRI Properties. CBRE’s Cliff Taylor, Joe Ayers, Michael Regan and Francesco Carriera represented the seller in the transaction. “Under its new ownership, Belle Rive Club Apartments will undergo a meaningful upgrade to its units’ interiors,” Ayers said in a news release. KRI, through KRI Belle Rive LLC, acquired the property in 2017 for $7.6 million.
