We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, who is keen to start their career in Agriculture with our Livestock Agency business. Based out of our Bathurst office you will work along-side our Agents assisting them with any task necessary to perform their job. You will also be responsible for working at the weekly cattle and sheep markets held at CTLX (Carcoar), drafting stock, assessing stock, and general office duties.

Skills and experience required for the role: • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written & oral • Are you tech savvy?

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and physically fit • Able to grasp new concepts quickly, and able to accurately follow correct instructions and procedures • Able to work both independently or as part of a team • Able to take initiative in problem solving, but also have the confidence to ask questions when required • Possess a basic understanding of the Agricultural industry and its challenges (some practical hands on experience would be desirable but not essential) • Take pride in your work and appearance • A passion for sales, good stockmanship • Analytical ability and numeracy • Have the desire to build a long-term sales career in the livestock industry.

• Hold a full, current and clean Australian drivers licence.
