Chris “The Crowbar” Tuchscherer, former Minnesota State Moorhead All-American Wrestler and now professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Fighter, is back in Fargo-Moorhead and means business. On April 24th at the Urban Plains Center, Chris will be presenting an MMA event featuring fighters from all over the world. (See back cover for details) We sat down with Chris and asked him some questions.
Q: MMA is becoming popular in Fargo Moorhead. What is some advice for the newcomers?
A: It's a big commitment. If you're going to do it, get serious and be committed to training hard.
Q:What made you want to produce an MMA event in Fargo?
A: I have always thought about putting on an event in the area. After all of the experience I have had in MMA, I hope that it will help me put on an event that will stick out in the crowd’s FMSpotlight.com • 18
