Presenter Engagement Conflict If for any reason the presenter is unable to speak at the conference, the presenter will provide written notification to FMHCA immediately. We ask that the presenter use their best efforts to provide a technically competent replacement presenter that is acceptable to FMHCA. Payment and Reimbursement As a presenter during the conference, you will receive a discount on the price of the conference admission if you wish to stay and attend break-out sessions and obtain Continuing Education Credits. If you wish to only present and not attend the conference you are not responsible to pay for the conference admission. The presenter does agree to pay for all of their own accommodations, expenses, and transportation in relation to the Conference. FMHCA will not reimburse any such expenses. FMHCA is so excited to have you be a part of this year’s conference! A simple thank you is not enough to express our gratitude.
