We fully remanufacture Hobart mixers from the ground up to ensure they perform like new. The process starts with a complete disassembly, including removing all electrical, mechanical, and gear components. Each part is carefully inspected worn or damaged components are replaced with OEM or upgraded equivalents. We sandblast and repaint the frame for a clean, durable finish. Gears are re-machined or replaced, motors are rebuilt or swapped, and all wiring is redone to meet safety standards. After reassembly, the mixer goes through rigorous testing for performance, reliability, and safety before it’s cleared for use.
