2023 LOON PRESEASON PROGRAM ORDERS DUE 11/1/2022

PRESEASON TERMS AND CONDITIONS Preseason orders will begin shipping November 1st, 2022 on available items. Orders can be spread over multiple ship dates but must include at least one advance ship date. Late payments will void preseason discounts. Order revisions must be made 14 days prior to a scheduled delivery.

POLICIES MAP POLICY Our goal is to protect the value of our brand and our products, as well as to protect the dealers who sell those products.

It is Loon Outdoors’ policy that our products are to be sold at manufacturer-suggested retail pricing, regardless of digital platform. This includes 3rd party sites like Amazon or eBay, as well as dealer sites.

Products MAY NOT be discounted or placed on sale without the expressed consent of Loon Outdoors. This policy extends to all of our dealers, regardless of whether products are purchased directly from Loon or through a distributor.

We reserve the right to cease shipments to a dealer if this policy is violated.

1. The first violation will result in a written warning.

2. The second violation will result in a 3 month probationary period. This period will involve increased scrutiny and regular monitoring of a dealer’s site and accounts.

3. The third violation will result in the termination of the account..Loon Outdoors reserves the right in its sole and exclusive discretion to discontinue the supply of products to a dealer that does not comply with the terms listed above.

A 20% Restocking Fee to be assessed on order returns or cancellations within two weeks of a scheduled ship date.

We offer an Unconditional Guarantee on our products. Our preferred method of honoring this warranty is to direct customers to the shop where the product was purchased. We appreciate your help in taking care of customers, and will always provide a replacement or a credit to your account when you replace a product for a customer.
