DEALER PRICING LEVELS Standard dealer pricing is 35% off retail. Preseason discounts are based by achieving the dollar volumes outlined in the table below. Discount applies to preseason & ASAP orders in 2023.

Scott Internet sales and marketing policies Scott is committed to supporting the specialty fly shop. The hands-on retail experience and the expertise of staff have become even more important in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Our specialtyonly sales policy means fly shops are the focus of our business.

To better support the specialty fly shop, we are instituting several new policies and clarifying existing policies to assist you in maintaining a successful and profitable partnership with Scott.

-All Scott products displayed on internet stores must be clearly marked as either in stock or out of stock.

If the web platform does not support real time inventory or can’t be manually updated to reflect accurate inventory, Scott products may not be displayed for sale on the website.

-In line Scott products may not be offered for sale or relisted on any third-party website, such as Amazon and eBay. -Scott products must be advertised and sold at MSRP. Dealers may not offer or advertise any promotions where Scott products are bundled with free or discounted items, such as fly lines or reels.

-Scott publishes pricing for new and existing products annually and may update pricing within a product season. Any MSRP changes published by Scott must be made on dealer websites within 30 days of the price change.

-Dealers are required to follow international export laws, including accurate representation of the nature and/or value of international shipments.

-The Scott dealer agreement prohibits the redistribution of Scott products to other retailers and wholesalers, both domestic and international. Scott products may not be transshipped or resold.

Scott has made significant efforts to promote and protect its brand image. The policies listed above are important elements of the Scott brand image. As per our dealer agreement, the relationship between Scott and its dealers is an at-will arrangement, subject to cancelation without notice. While our dealers are legally able to sell purchased products at prices they choose, we are free to terminate agreements as we see fit. Scott may terminate its relationship with dealers found to be in violation of pricing, bundling, redistribution, export, or third-party sales policies.
