BACKGROUND

Nathan is an exceptional operations, sales and business development senior executive, now armed with an international business law degree, he has pivoted into an corporate structure, intellectual property and international tax reduction strategist. He has a knack for seeing risk where others see clear sailing, and seeing opportunity where others see risk. He is a natural relationship builder, and strategic partnership facilitator. He is equally at home advising local clients on how to take their companies global, as he is on market entry of multinational brands into the lucrative Southeast Asian markets, while always having an eye out for the next strategic service or partnership for his firm. He advises a wide range of clients on structuring their thai investments to meet foriegn regulatory concerns, how to turn their intellectual property into a tax reduction vehicle, and a wide range of other strategic legal concerns. He strongly believes a good attorney should be a business enabler and facilitator, and trusted business adviser not just a lawyer. Nathan earned his negotiating stripes at a very early age, a high school dropout, he parleyed a contract job moving boxes for $12 an hour, at the then canadian Fortune 100 company Sprint canada, into Manager of information technology Procurement for a leading telecom in charge of 7 direct reports and $75 million a year in buying by the age of 23. He was negotiating multi-million dollar contracts on their behalf by the tender age of 21. He moved West after the hostile takeover of Sprint, and found a new home helping the CEO of GlassMasters Autoglass build a small business into a publicly traded company which resulted in an 8 figure exit to an investment company owned by a Canadian Senator. He acted as the corporate troubleshooter for struggling branches, opened new branches, built new divisions, and helped manage multiple business units with great success. Nathan is passionate about wildlife conservation and children’s charities, and is now moving into the philanthropic enterprise arena. He just launched a new breed of fashion accessory brands, one developed from day one with eco-friendly circular economy in mind and directly funding much deserving underfunded charitable organizations with the proceeds. A well rounded executive, with exposure to almost every arena of business, he is now a law school graduate and social entrepreneur.
