ABOUT AIRSHARE
Founded in 2000, Airshare began operations in Wichita, Kansas. We started offering fractional aircraft ownership to businesses in the area, then quickly expanded our services to include Aircraft Management and Charter Services. In 2005 we relocated our headquarters to the Kansas City metro.
Safety has always been our top priority at Airshare. We have received the The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (ISBAO) Stage 3 and ARGUS Platinum designations, we are an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, a member of Air Charter Safety Foundation and over the years we have developed a strong relationship with Embraer. In 2009, we were the launch customer for the new Phenom 100, and in 2010 we were the first fractional program to feature the Phenom 300. And in 2021, we also added the industry-leading Challenger 350 to our fractional program that has now advanced into the Challeger 3500. With our nationwide footprint, you can be assured that we are here and committed to fit the way you fly.

ACQUISITION COST
This is the initial cost of purchasing an EMBARK Card or the purchase or lease of a fractional share in an aircraft.
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEES
The Monthly Shared Expense includes access to your personal flight department available 24/7, covers pilot salaries, insurance, hangar costs and general monthly expenses.
HOURLY RATES
The Hourly Rate covers fuel, maintenance and crew expenses associated with usage of your aircraft. INCLUDED IN ACQUISITION COST

If you only need 5 to 10 days a year, or would like to try the program out before you buy a share, the EMBARK Card, is the perfect fit for you. And, like our fractional ownership or lease, you won’t be limited in the number of hours you can fly.

FLY PRIVATE WITH UNLIMITED HOURS*
Our fractional program is designed for efficiency—both in the air and in your wallet. While other competitive programs equate your 1/16 share with only 50 hours, we offer unlimited hours based on your allocation of days. With 20 days, Airshare customers typically fly much more than 50 hours.

The Hourly Rate is the amount you pay per hour to operate the aircraft. And don’t worry, there are no fuel surcharges with Airshare.
SAVE MORE WHEN YOU UTILIZE THE EXPRESS RATE
Due to the limited positioning of the aircraft, our Express Rate trips offer a less expensive, smarter way to fly. When you fly efficiently in our program, we pass the savings along to you. If you begin and end in the same location and keep the aircraft with you, your hourly rate will be reduced by 25% in both the Phenom 300 and Challenger 3500.
