Express Range Is the Express range suitable for everyone?

Currently the range only applies to our customers located in the UK mainland, it doesn’t include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.

If I order today, how soon will my order be with me?

If we receive your order, print-ready artwork and payment before 12.00 pm, you will receive a preproduction artwork proof to approve on the same day. Once artwork approval has been received, your order will go into production the following working day. Your merchandise consultant will be able to confirm when your order will be delivered.

Are there any restrictions to what I can order?

In some cases, we may have to regulate quantities and print colours to achieve a speedy deadline.

Our metal drinkware options are only available with digital, 360 print and engraving options on our express service.

How can I check what is possible?

Our Merchandise Consultants are on hand to help! Send over your artwork in a vector format saved as a PDF, EPS or AI file and let them know your requirements.

When do I need to make payment and confirm my order?

If your order is confirmed and paid for with print-ready artwork no later than 12.00 pm Monday-Friday, you will receive an artwork proof for approval on the same day. Following your artwork approval, your order will go into production on the next working day.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation within 3 hours of placing your order.

Will I receive regular updates?

Once your order has gone into production you won’t receive an update until it’s despatched.

However, our friendly customer service team are always on hand to help if you have any questions about your order!
