Mondays at 11:15 am | Wednesdays at 10:30 am Fridays at 10:30 am This Flowers Aqua Fitness Class is a non-impact activity designed to eliminate stress to the joints. It offers a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training focusing on increased muscular endurance, range of motion, flexibility and mobility,

Chair Aerobics

Mondays at 10:30 am Get your heart pumping and oxygen flowing in this seated Chair Aerobics class. This class benefits the most important muscle in your body: the heart—with a low-intensity pace and set time for keeping your heart rate elevated.

Stretch & Flex

Fridays at 9:45 am Increase your flexibility, strengthen your muscles, increase your endurance and tone your body with the 55+ Senior Stretch and Tone Class. The use of bands, chairs and small balls will also enhance balance and keep you in shape!

Water Walking

Tuesdays at 9:00 am | Thursdays at 9:00 am Water walking is a non-instructor lead pool workout. It provides the opportunity to get the level of workout you choose and at the pace you feel comfortable.

This activity increases range of motion with no stress on your joints.

Aqua Zumba

Thursdays at 10:15 am Add some splash to your Zumba with the Aqua Zumba class. This is a low impact, high-energy workout aimed at toning your muscles through the natural resistance of the water.

SENIOR ACTIVITY

There will be a planned activity every month on the 3rd Thursday. In the event of an off-site function the venue will dictate the date.

Cost is $20 per night per child. If you preregister for all four nights cost is $60 per child. Ages 5-13. Bring children to The Club at 5:00pm and pickup at 8:30pm.

Beginners class is for ages 5 and up learning the fundamentals of each stroke and progress into practicing good stroke technique.

Intermediate class 13 years of age and up is for building upon the fundamentals while building endurance using various stroke techniques.

Advanced class ages 13 and up which are involved or will be involved with high school swimming. This class will continue working on stroke technique, endurance and strength.

Our certified coaches are excited that these programs will be successful in building each swimmer’s skill, techniques, endurance and strength in a positive and encouraging environment.
