No prior knowledge of Pilates is required.

CHAIR AEROBICS 10:10 AM Mondays – May 9, 16, 23rd Chair Aerobics is a muscular strength and range of movement class combined with cardio segment.

It is a combination of weights and bands using the chair and weights. WORK the body from the top to bottom.

Stretch 55 plus is composed of gentle stretching exercises using bands, chairs, and small balls.

SUNSET YOGA 7:00 PM Thursdays – 5, 12, 19, 26th Sunset Yoga is outside on the upper deck when weather permits. Postures are done sitting or lying on the mat and each gentle pose is held for three to five minutes. Yin Yoga increases flexibility while strengthening the joints. Yin encourages a mindful, calm and peaceful practice.

No previous yoga experience needed for this class!

WATER WALKING 9:30 AM Thursdays – 5, 12, 19 and 26th Water Walking is a non-instructor led pool workout.

It provides the opportunity to get the level of workout you are looking and at the pace you set for yourself.

Memorial Day weekend marks the opening of the pool.

JAM Ice Cream will be present for our grand opening party on Monday, May 30th, 2016 from 12pm to 5pm, there will also be a live DJ.

RED CROSS LIFEGUARDING COURSES Two courses will be offered. The first is the week of May 16th and the second starts the week of May 23rd. All classes will be held at The Club at Flowers Plantation except on Friday which will be at Smithfield Recreations Aquatics Center for the deep water training. The cost is $200.

FLAG FOOTB ALL / CHEERLEADING A new fall sport for Clayton! We will have two age groups for both flag football and cheerleading. The younger age group will be called the Moonshiners and the older age group will be called the Bootleggers!

The Moonshiners and their cheerleaders will practice twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. While the Bootleggers and their cheerleaders will practice on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

This is a one-day-a-week, 13 week series, combining all facets of creating healty habits as a lifestyle choice.
