Follow Your Trail was born from a love for the outdoors and a passion for helping others. This experience consists of six different trails, once a week, for six weeks. It includes empowerment sessions, wellness tips, inspiring action steps, backpack, swag bags, weekly snacks, girlfriend time, Facebook group, and other surprises to support you in achieving your goals and dreams.
