This is one of the best plays the Rep has produced in many years. The actors were well suited to their respective roles while delivering a flawless performance. One of the mosthought-provokingng plays we have seen in the 20 years or so at the Florida rep. We have been disappointed recently as the shift has been away from drama like this and we are so happy to see them again. Also love the small theater. 12/21/2022 02:45 PM

The topic allows audience to think and come to their own conclusions! I like that!!! Setting it in the history of WWII with the debate over Hitler as background was significant to the argument. Acting was suburb! Freud's cancer and his relationships spoke more than his words. CS Lewis managed to bring in so many philosophers to the discussion in a way that didn't take a way the respect each had for the other. Great play! 12/28/2022 11:33 AM
