The University Recreation & Wellness Center is next to South Village. It’s a 50,000-square-foot building offering a wide range of amenities. Two indoor courts can be used for basketball, volleyball, badminton or pickleball. Enjoy a strength and conditioning room, two fitness class studios, and an outdoor RecDeck spanning 6,000 square feet. The cardio deck on the second floor has proven to be a student favorite, with machines looking over scenic campus wetlands.

} FGCU merit scholarships are awarded based on admissions criteria.
} Admissions merit scholarships range from $3,000 to $5,000 for in-state students and from $10,000 to $15,000 for out-of-state students.
FGCU merit scholarships are competitive and not guaranteed. Preference is given to students who apply by the early action date of November 1.
