Introducing “Doc Belmont’s Magnificent, Magical Medicine Show” and “Belmont Legends of Magic Show”

Al and Sue Belmont are happy to announce two exciting new show concepts. In addition to their award-winning Belmont Festival of Magic, the Belmont’s will be introducing “Doc Belmont’s Magnificent, Magical Medicine Show”, and our “Belmont Legends of Magic Show”. Both shows are perfect for the fair market.

The Florida Strawberry Festival, State Fair NJ Meadowlands, Greater Gulf State Fair, Louisiana State Fair, North Florida Fair, Hershey Park and Kings Dominion have all booked Belmont shows time and again which speaks to show quality and guest response.

Building on the Belmont’s 5-Star TripAdvisor rating and utilizing their Century Showmobile portable stage with a Western look or Legends of Magic façade, audiences will love “Legends of Magic”, a magical voyage to the past. Captivating Magic & Illusions presented in the style of seven of the world’s most famous magicians. Guests will marvel at the famous “Sawing a lady in half!” Be amazed as some of the world’s best magic stuns and astonishes. Presented in a light-hearted, fun style, proven showmanship, and including one-of-a-kind illusions adds up to great entertainment for the broadest possible audience - families, teens, and seniors.

As a former high-school History teacher, Al originally created a historical strolling Troubadour magic production for the New York State Park’s Department. The show made extensive use of Al’s collection of antique magic tricks from the 1800s. “Doc Belmont’s Magnificent, Magical Medicine Show” has grown out of that production. It’s a fun show, perfect or any fair’s old-time or Western area, that makes use of some of the best Magic & Illusions from the past, plus astonishing new magic effects with an old-time look. All are presented as a tongue-in-cheek, humorous version of an old -time Medicine Show.

The Belmonts offer much more than a magic act. Their Showmobile allows the presentation of a fast-moving, Broadway-style magic show offering fair guests a truly theatrical experience with great tricks set to wonderful stories, lots of audience participation and great production values including dazzling lighting.
