Climate change is forcing us to develop new gardening protocols. Most important of these protocols is the judicious selection of plants that will thrive in our changing climate. Presently the Mandevilla range from Florensis offers alternatives for ornamental products that also thrive perfectly in hot summer conditions. Mandevilla Diamantina® and Sundaville® are among the most resistant ornamental species in periods of great heat. The continuous flowering does not stop. Even during the hottest summer days when reasonable watering is sufficient to maintain the plants in their best condition. Therefore, imposed watering restrictions during periods of excessive heat do not impact the growth and development of the plants that flower from early March until first frosts. Our assortment consists of compact varieties that do not need plant support during the production cycle as well as climbing varieties requiring plant support to grow properly. Het belangrijkste van deze protocollen is de oordeelkundige selectie van planten die goed gedijen in ons veranderend klimaat. Momenteel biedt het Mandevilla assortiment van Florensis alternatieven voor sierteeltproducten die ook perfect gedijen in warme zomerse omstandigheden. Mandevilla Diamantina® en Sundaville® behoren tot de meest resistente sierteeltsoorten in periodes van grote hitte. De continue bloei stopt niet. Zelfs tijdens de heetste zomerdagen, wanneer een redelijke waterhoeveelheid volstaat om de planten in hun beste conditie te houden. Opgelegde besproeiingsbeperkingen tijdens periodes van buitensporige hitte, hebben dan ook geen invloed op de groei en de ontwikkeling van de planten die bloeien van begin maart tot de eerste vorst. Ons assortiment bestaat zowel uit compacte variëteiten die tijdens de productiecyclus geen ondersteuning nodig hebben, als uit klimmende variëteiten die wel ondersteuning nodig hebben om goed te kunnen groeien.

Mandevilla Diamantina® and Sundaville® are available as high quality young plants. At our production locations in Ethiopia and Keyna we specialise in the production of unrooted cuttings for our Mandevilla young plant production. With our qualified and experienced staff operating wellequipped greenhouses, we deliver high production standards from both locations. This gives you the best quality at the lowest risk in the supply chain. Moreover, we think and act sustainably. Our production locations are MPS-A certified (Enviromental Programme for Ornamental Horticulture) covering crop protection products, fertilisers, energy, water and waste. Neonicotinoids are banned and to combat the negative effects of crop protection products, we use organic variants and work with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) wherever possible. Mandevilla Diamantina® en Sundaville® zijn beschikbaar als jonge planten van hoge kwaliteit. Op onze productielocaties in Ethiopië en Keyna zijn we gespecialiseerd in de productie van onbewortelde stekken voor onze Mandevilla jonge plantenproductie. Met onze gekwalificeerde en ervaren medewerkers, die de beschikking hebben over goed uitgeruste kassen, leveren wij hoge productiestandaarden vanuit beide locaties. Neonicotinoïden zijn verboden en om de negatieve effecten van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen tegen te gaan gebruiken we biologische varianten en werken we waar mogelijk met Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Nuestras Mandevilla Diamantina® y Sundaville® están disponibles como plantas jóvenes de gran calidad. En nuestras instalaciones de plantas madre de Etiopía y Kenia, estamos especializados en la producción de esquejes de Mandevilla que luego se enraízan en los Países Bajos. Gracias a nuestro personal cualificado y experto, que trabaja en invernaderos perfectamente equipados, suministramos productos de gran calidad desde ambos lugares.
