The granite diamond pads and their advantages. There are 4 uncomplicated approaches used today to produce a shine on natural stone floors: Buffing with polishing products, grinding with granite diamond pads, crystallization and applying barrier coatings. Each method may not be active on all stone types and the use of more than one may be essential.

Polishing Powders and Mixtures are fine grains of aluminium or tin oxide abrasive powder that are polished or rubbed on the surface of the stone to create the shine. This process is actually the same as polishing with diamonds except that the powder is a much finer abrasive. This process is most often augmented by the addition of oxalate to create a reaction similar to crystallization. Bonastre Pro for Granite Shining: Grinding with the diamond abrasives called the Bonastre Pro is done by grinding the surface of the stone with numerous grits of industrial grade diamonds that are typically in three-to-four-inch diameter pads or discs.
