P.M. Construction was established in 1992 by Master Joiner Paul Magorrian. Paul attained his City & Guilds and went on to win the NI & UK Skillbuild Championship in Carpentry in 1989. Paul also represented the UK in Carpentry at the World Skill Olympics in 1989. After serving his time here in Northern Ireland Paul headed off to Australia and spent 2 years polishing and developing his skills. On his return in 1992 he established P.M. Construction and now employs 12 skilled staff.

Paul loves constructing Luxury homes for his clients, and his attention to detail is born out on the following pages. He treats each project as if he was building his own new home.

When Paul agrees to take on your project he will provide you with a full specification for both inside and outside using the best sub-contractors available if required.

Paul’s reputation for the cleanest sites and a strict Health & Safety Policy is second to none. He is NHBC registered and will only start a new contract when he knows he can complete within the projected time scale meaning some clients have had to wait up to nine months for Paul’s full attention on their project.
