Er is ruim driekwart jaar achter de schermen gewerkt aan een eigen Nederlandse witte wijn. In 2021 presenteerde het team van De Kromme Dissel met veel trots de eigen wijn, Elite! Een blend gemaakt in samenwerking met Neerlands Wijnmakerij, ter ere van het jubileumjaar. De wijn heeft een speelse en slanke pure stijl, gemaakt van de druivenrassen Johanniter, Solaris en Cabernet Blanc. Een wijn die vraagt om nog een glas! De wijn heeft een beperkte oplage en wordt geschonken in restaurant De Kromme Dissel en diverse Fletcher hotels.
