You can vote for up to (4) four candidates. A valid ballot is one that is properly marked. Any ballot not marked correctly, or contains votes for more candidates than positions available, hand written additives, or any part of said ballot is not legible will be INVALID. This will be at the sole determination of the election committee. If you vote for a candidate by mistake DO NOT cross off the candidates name. Take the ballot that is marked wrong back to the registration desk, turn it in, and you will be given a new ballot. Any resident that needs a limited proxy to vote because they won’t be here for the November election can contact Peggy Madison, Secretary, at 807-7525 and she will be glad to get one to you. Sign and date your limited proxy and vote for 1, 2, 3 or 4 candidate(s) of your choice on the ballot. (DO NOT vote for more than 4 names on the ballot.) Return the limited proxy ballot and ballot to Peggy Madison, put it in the locked box in the clubhouse by 5 PM on Saturday
A Reminder for the Upcoming November 3, 2014 Election of Directors (Cont.) Saturday, November 1, 2014, or give it to a member of the election committee. Be sure to sign the back of the envelope. We urge all members to attend the meeting or obtain a proxy so we can have a quorum which is needed to go forward with the election. The proxies will be available after the October 6, 2014 meeting. Your election committee members consists of the following residents: Bob Pickles, Les Baker, Frank Parnell, Rich LeLievre, Ed Nadeau, Susan Chafin, Jean & Mario Cellini. Membership Dues Your Treasurer Gene Brooks, will be in the clubhouse on Wednesdays 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22 from noon to 2:30 PM to take your dues and punch your membership card.
