We have recently mailed out notices to homeowners who needed to have their homes and/or driveways power washed, weeds removed, trees trimmed or homes not in paint color compliance. Please regularly take a trip around your home to see if something needs caring for to keep our community beautiful.

Come and join your neighbors for a fun game of shuffleboard. We meet each and every Friday at 9:30 am and Sunday at 7 pm. Equipment is provided and we’ll “show you the ropes”, if you haven't played in the past.
ARE YOU READY TO SAFE SOME MONEY? At our October meeting we had a Spectrum Sales affiliate, Eric Peterson, present. Eric came to our meeting to explain to our community how we can save money on cable and or internet. He spoke about a bulk rate service as low as $40.00 per month. This is in the early stages, but could benefit our community. This would require a 100% community participation. Please attend our monthly meeting so you can find out more. JUST FOR FUN! A man who owned a large mansion decided he was tired of it and contacted a real estate broker to sell it for him. In the next Sunday’s newspaper, it sounded so good he read it again himself. He called the broker and told him he decided not to sell. The broker asked why he changed his mind. He replied, Your ad, it made it sound like the home I’ve been looking for all my life.
On Friday October 12, 23 friends and family of Mama Ruth Bousquet accompanied her to Clearwater Airport for her helicopter ride, which was on her bucket list. Her daughter Georgia and son-in-law Larry Gola joined her on this ride. Our music group gave her this trip for her 100th birthday. The ride took off from Clearwater Airport and toured the beach at Clearwater. A good time was had by all. A great memory for her birthday. Ollie and Frank Parnell.
