My name is Angelo Petrone. I live at 8140 Stony Bridge Dr. with my wife Ann and our dog Buddy. I want to serve on the Board. My twofold objective is to do what is best for everyone in our HOA and to fulfill my fiduciary responsibility to the members. In the past, I have served as President and Treasurer of a college fraternity. I was also President of the Alumni Association. I have served as VP of a mobile home park in Florida. I have held a real estate license in Florida and Pennsylvania. I sold all lines of insurance while licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania and had a life and health insurance license in West Virginia. I had a condo association manager license in Florida. I was a property manager over 4 homeowners associations with a total of 800 units with a fiduciary responsibility to these owners. I have read the Articles of Incorporation, the ByLaws, the Lease Agreement, the Rules and Regulations and the Prospectus. I have read and understand Florida Statute 723.

I was brought up by loving parents in Massachusetts, older brother to sisters Darlene and Mary. My parents were both veterans of WW2. My dad served in the U. S. Army and mom the U. S. Coast Guard. After graduating High School, I enlisted in the U. S. Coast Guard and served active and reserve for six years. I was honorably discharged with the rank of 2nd Class Radarman. Worked in the printing field for the next 30 years, as an owner and a General Manager. While working full time, I studied and obtained my Massachusetts Real Estate license and worked that field for 18 years. I still hold that license. When the downturn in real estate happened, I did alarm inspections for cities, towns and condo associations, in and around the Boston area. Also sold on Ebay. Moved here full time last year. I have a lovely wife, 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I am running for your Board to be a voice of reason. To be a voice for your community. I have no agenda, I just want to be fair to everyone.
My name is Donna Hanson and I live at 8180 Rocky Rd. in The Reserve at Grand Valley with Art, my husband of 50 years, and our rat terrier, Jake. We moved here on December 26, 2015 from Batavia, NY (near Buffalo) where we had lived for almost 40 years. We have two sons and two grandchildren, all of whom live near us in Florida. I previously worked for H & R Block as a tax advisor for 5 years. Before that I was a high school math teacher. We really like living here at Grand Valley. I want to serve on the Board to make it a better place to live in any way that I can.
I am Connie Cote and most of you already know me because I’ve worked in the Grand Valley office since 1992 and sold every home in the community, many of them 2 or 3 times. I retired from Ameritech Services (a Bell Telephone company) in 1990. I was the Executive Administrator to the Vice President with the supervision of 8 persons. With this position I was responsible for planning and the organization of the annual meeting for 6 “Baby Bells”. This included airline and hotel reservations for Presidents and Vice Presidents along with securing venues, menus and gifts. I was President for the Telephone Pioneers of America, organized fund raisers and events i.e. blind baseball, blind bike rides, and read for the blind for our local library. I was Social Chair at Harbor View Mobile Manor for 2 yrs and Vice President for a year. I did sales at Harbor View for 2 years. Here at Grand Valley I have always been active on the social committee, Editor of the newsletter, Queen Mother of the Valley Girls (Red Hats). I have served your Board as Secretary and would like to continue to do so. I am asking for your vote.
