From the Management New trash cans have been delivered to every home in Grand Valley. If you would like to dispose of your old can(s), place them in front of the maintenance building. If you have changed your telephone number, please call Judy or Connie in the office for updating. In addition, if you have an update for your “Emergency Contact” please let the office know. Please remember that your vehicles should be parked in your driveways. Any parking at the clubhouse or pool area overnight should be reported to office beforehand. If you are at the pool and don’t recognize visitors, just ask to see their “pool pass”. If they don’t belong at Grand Valley, just politely explain that our pool is for residents and our guests only, and ask them to leave. All residents should have a “pool pass” and have their guests take them to the pool when not with a resident. Red Hats Movie Day Red Hats Movie Day will be the third Thursday of June (the 18th). Call me for any more info. Sis Pickles 727-236-5686
From the President .As another summer rapidly approaches and our snowbirds head north, we have an exciting new project starting in July. The new pavilion is being built by the pool area for all to use. We hope to see everybody back in the fall. The board wishes all a happy and safe summer. We have made a change with the Grand Valley Grapevine. First I would like to thank Walda Pagucci for her time as editor of the newsletter, but as we move forward, Gene Brooks will become the new editor of the Grand Valley Grapevine. So please e-mail or deliver all articles for the grapevine to Gene. Eric Parker President, GVHA Scam Alert It has been reported that residents of the park are receiving phone calls that the “Home Owners Association/Park Owners” are requiring that you have your roof inspected. Again, this is another scam you are being made aware of. The Home Owners Association nor the Owners of the Park can require you to have your roof inspected.
