INSTRUCTIONS REGISTRATION MODULE FOR BUSINESSES
1. Create your group
• Choose a group name
• Choose a starting procedure:
• Option 1: “I want all my participants to start in the same wave.”
• Option 2: “I want my participants to be spread across the different waves based on their intended finish time.”
• Fill in your business details (business details = invoice details when choosing to pay via invoice)
2. Choose your business package
• Small Company Package:
• 25–99 participants 10 Miles distance (1 tent included)
• Big Company Package:
• 100–500 participants 10 Miles distance (2 tents included)
3. Add optional extras
• Extra tickets for all distances
• Extra amenities for your tent (toilets, electricity, tables, chairs, extra tents). There is no rush, you have time to decide on these amenities until 12 April.
4. Pay online or by invoice
• Your package will be reserved and confirmed after payment
• Tickets are binding and cannot be refunded
5. Enter the details of your participants
There are 3 ways of doing this and you can combine as you wish:
1. You enter everyone yourself
2. You invite everyone via email
3. You invite everyone via registration link
You enter everyone yourself:
• You collect all details of your participants and enter them per person by clicking on the button ‘Fill in’.
• Suppose you purchased 100 tickets, then you enter the details of your 100 participants.
• When you purchase the T-shirt, medal engraving, and the like using the registration form, these will be paid for by the business if the group leader chooses this options.
You invite everyone via email:
• Enter the email addresses of your participants via the button ‘Invite’.
• Suppose you purchased 100 tickets, then you can enter a maximum of 100 email addresses. If some individuals do not register, then you can withdraw the invite and invite someone else.
• If participants decide to purchase the T-shirt, medal engraving, and the like using the registration form, the participants pay for these options themselves.
You invite everyone via the registration link:
• Share the registration link that gives access to your group. You can find this email in your confirmation email. You can send this link to as many people as you want.
• Suppose you bought 100 tickets, then the principle of first come, first served applies: the first 100 to register get a ticket. Once the group is full, participants who still try to register will get a message informing them that the group is full.
• If participants decide to purchase the T-shirt, medal engraving, and the like using the registration form, the participants pay for these options themselves.
