GUIDE VIP TICKETS

1 LOGIN TO YOUR PORTAL Did you order the tickets online yourself? Then you automatically created an account with a self-chosen login (e-mail address and password during the ordering process).

Was your order placed by someone from the hospitality team? Then you received an e-mail with an invitation to create a password.

Did you receive an email to activate your account? If not please send an e-mail to: hospitality@flanders2021.com You can log in by going to: https://hospitality.flanders2021.com

2 CUSTOMISING TICKETS Once you are logged in to the portal, you can assign your guests to the tickets. This can be done by clicking the yellow button ‘add guest’. This will open the ‘add guest’ menu as shown below.

After you have entered all the information, the guest can be assigned to a ticket. The first and last name of the guest will be printed on the ticket.

3 SENDING & DOWNLOADING TICKETS You can send and download your tickets online in the portal via the action buttons shown below. Select the desired tickets and then choose the desired action.

• Download tickets: use this button to save the selected tickets on your computer • Send to guests: the selected tickets will be sent to your guests linked to the tickets.

• Send custom mail: you can personalise the mail that accompanies the tickets by changing the text and adding a logo

4 UPGRADE VIP PACKAGE Would you like to treat a guest or yourself to a World Championship gift or an upgrade during the WC Flanders ‘21? Via the last action button ‘upgrade more’, you can add the following to your VIP experience: • High quality wines* • Official World Championship rainbow jersey • World Championship Expo ticket • VIP Ride * These upgrades are not available for VIP Cafe and VIP OHL

World Championship Expo is a unique photo exhibition showcasing 100 years of the world champions. Travel through cycling history and feel the joy of the victor, but also the pain and disappointment of those who just missed out on the rainbow jersey.

The VIP Ride offers a unique World Championship experience by riding 65km of the final road race. First enjoy a welcome coffee and breakfast and then discover the route by bike. Finally you will receive an official 2021 UCI Road World Championship cycling jersey (www.flanders2021.com/nl/vip-ride).

5 NO TICKETS AVAILABLE As soon as we receive the ticket order and payment, your tickets will be available in your personal portal. Check if you received an order confirmation and if the payment has already been made. Bear in mind that it can take a couple of days before we receive and process the payment.

6 COVID SAFE TICKET In order to gain access to the official VIP zone of the World Championship, each VIP will need a Covid Safe Ticket. This ticket needs to be presented along with the ID of the guest.

You can download the valid certificates in any of the following cases: 1. You have a full vaccination certificate (older than two weeks) 2. You have a recovery certificate (positive PCR-test between 11 and 180 days old) 3. You have had a negative test certificate (negative PCR-test maximum 48h old or negative RAT-test maximum 24h old) *Please have your app ready on arrival at the VIP car park *On-site testing is NOT possible
