Dear Flagler Family,
Here at Flagler, we are not simply educating students, we are mentoring visionary thinkers, inspiring fearless leaders, and driving innovation in fields that will define the next century. Our gaze is future-oriented for a reason, and it has been the defining feature of our efforts to push Flagler Forward.
This past year, we laid important groundwork for that future. We formalized a global partnership with Spain’s University of Oviedo to expand access to international learning; introduced new programming with the launch of our Biology Major and the opening of a Modular Science Laboratory; and officially completed the three-year total restoration of our campus centerpiece and National Historic Landmark, Ponce Hall, a transformative renewal that will honor the former hotel’s historic legacy while also propelling it into a new era of comfort and modernity.
These accomplishments reflect the leading role our donors continue to play in our mission to deliver a rigorous, forward-thinking education. As one of those donors, the commitment we enjoy from you provides more than just support, it dynamically shapes the people, places, and programs that move us forward.

The new, state-of-the-art locker rooms are completely upgrading our facility to one of the best in the country. Tennis has a great tradition at Flagler and this upgrade really shows how committed the Saints community is to that legacy. Business Week - Lion's Cage Competition
Each year, donor support enables the College to host Business Week, which culminates with a Shark Tank-style competition called Lion’s Cage. This year’s winners—juniors Elizabeth Rieke, Lauren Gallagher, Bridget Young, and senior Asher Phillips—developed the Park de Leon app to address campus parking challenges and received seed funding for their innovative solution. In the Spring 2025 Semester, donor funding from The Honorable John and Mrs. Sonya Rood helped send Musical Theatre and Hospitality and Tourism Management students to New York City’s iconic 54 Below venue to perform the College’s own Cabaret production and work alongside industry professionals.

Receiving a scholarship towards my FlagSHIP trip was such a blessing. It allowed me to travel to Greece and experience a culture I had always wanted to see, as well as create connections with people I never would have met otherwise. Growing up, my family and I never vacationed or travelled anywhere outside of Florida, so I had no idea what was out there. This trip made me realize that the world is so vast, and worth exploring. Being completely immersed in the Greek culture was incredible because I got to experience so many things that were so new to me. My experiences were truly once-in-a-lifetime and so valuable to my perspective of the world!
