This means that if they pledge their allegiance to you, or are loyal to you in any way, they are usually telling the truth and they are happy to uphold their kindness to you all costs, if they don't it's usually a case that they simply have forgotten to keep a promise to you, or circumstances beyond their control have zapped them! You should not abuse their sense of trust, justice or kind and deeply amiable nature. It really hurts a Scorpion, and if you hurt them they really feel that your barbs were truly malicious and vindictive.
