Sun Fei Fei has since worked with designer s such as Alexander Wang, Dolce and Gabbana, Dsquared2, Ver a Wang and Chanel beauty and Calvin Klein beauty and much much more.

She has a massive under ground and social media following too, with countless websites on the inter net that feature snippets of any infor mation they can find, quotes, inter viewsd and pictures of the New York based model. Meaning that yes she has already accomplished work with them and is already leaning toward her next proffessional venture.

Working with some of the biggest photogr apher s in the world doesn't look out of place or out of Sun Fei Fei's reach either. Sun Fei Fei has worked with some of the biggest photogr apher s in the world such as Josh Olins, Steven Meisel and Patr ick Demarchalier. Sun Fei Fei has had a head star t here too and this feat was no problem either as she mar r ied photogr apher Liang Zi in 2017. In fact Sun Fei Fei has the world revolving around her sometimes.

Sounds like something from a naff movie, that's not real. Love is meant to be when two kindred souls meet through great fr iendship and shared interests. Like a best fr iend thought Estella, who can make me laugh! She thought she was awkward looking at School, with legs that were too long she thought to her self. After she left School things were different in her new town. The same isolation followed there too, but it was different. Liber ating she thought to her self as she glossed her lips with something from Mac. She wasn't mater ialistic and super ficial, but she still had quality products in her bag, which she bought without putting much thought into her purchases.. You should always think from the hear t, and buy cosmetics in the same way too she would giggle to her self.

On the other side some guy was cr azy about her. You look like Naomi, he shouted once as she crossed the small roads somewhere near Regent's Street. He never for got the way she looked to him, like a million dollar s, like a swan. I know she is meant to be for me he thought as their paths crossed in a r are and precious moment. It was no big deal for her, wolf whistling was an ever yday occur ance, if he had just talked to me like a human being and not a Super model maybe we could have been something, he didn't so she simply swanned past his life, probably never seeing him again.

Attr acting men was no problem, and there will always be another tomor row she would think more than once about men who were attr acted to her. As usual she slipped off her high heels when retur ning home and wished someone like him would make her a delicious cup of cocoa.

Nah man, I didn't catch her name...the boys in town wondered what his was too.

His demeanor reminded her of the same School bullies who upset her daily at School, and she thought he would do exactly the same. I think I'll pass as she ignored his wolf whistling that night, he wants to impress his mates, and not me she thought.

Luckily for her that night he thought something to himself too - I don't take no for an answer. She knew he would react this way, she could hear his strong thundering heart just thinking this. He'll catch up with his feelings within two weeks I think, and if it's by tomorrow then I might be a lucky girl. So matcho, aren't you she smirked to herself...

The good life, he thought to himself. He knew she was poor, that's why she knocked back my advances. She can't even afford a sandwich and wants to come to the same bars as me. You made me laugh though, you definately are Estella though, but I'm no PIP for your legs, bet that was he first time she ever visited London. No it wasn't she doesn't live further than Zone 1, deep down she lives alone answered back his friends after a night of partying. So what was the deal with that chick then? Which one asked his friend, too hungover to care. You know that tall one, Naomi. He threw a empty can at him and rolled back to sleep on his friends sofa, he however was fully awake and alert. He went shopping for designer clothes straight away, in fact he was out at 10am.

There was a beautiful breeze that morning that complimented his aftershave. He smelt fresh, clean and very alert. Looking sharp said the store assistant, anything I can help you with today? For the first time he felt gentlemanly around the store assistant, but also drained at her advances. She smirked back and then understood he wanted to have a look around himself. Today he was extra alert at his purchases, bouncing around the clothes with extra consideration today, and more conscious about his appearance than usual. He held his chin in his hands as he took a closer look at the designer clothes. The store assistant watched him in the store, now with a male companion. I think he met someone last night. I might never see her ever again thought the millionaire who looked like a model., as he overheard them talking and looking in his direction.

Estella was laid back the next morning, and as usual went to have a look around at some shopping, It was the same feeling in the air, time to go shopping she smirked.

Hmm the smell of aftershave and another heart skipping a beat, this early in the morning? She became expectant for something, some attention from a handsome young male? You never know this one might not be meeting his girlfriend today. She went shopping to try on some jeans, she looked amazing today. Her skin was glowing and looked like bright cream. As she strolled out of the stores without any shopping she knew something was in the air. There was a buzz about town and she knew there was someone attractive around the corner, maybe that guy who I saw last night, it definately was the same type of thundering heart, but it seems as if he looked better today, if that is him around the corner. She just had an intuition about things. For a short while her hear skipped a beat too, then she shrugged off her feelings, it always ends in misery she thought, I won't even dream about it anymore.

It's like he knew she was around the corner and was 'thinking like this'. It was nearly midday and he didn't feel hungry in the slightest. He thought about the girl in the bar last night despite him shrugging off her memory. She wouldn't leave his mind. Every time he saw a girl that day, he looked twice to see if it was her. As much as he denied it he couldn't help falling in love. He was a it nervous all day long and couldn't help thinking about her until his attention became directed towards her. All afternoon he pined for her, I wish I could see her again. He wondered if she could even afford a sandwich and laughed as he finally bought some lunch. He didn't know why but he bought two, one for her and one for him. He sat stupidly at the sandwich bar not able to eat one thing.

She sauntered past, there he is she thought. I just knew it would be him. She couldn't stop thinking about him either. However she ignored her hearts cry for him, as he didn't speak to her last night, too bothered about male machismo. He was sitting back in his chair, with a whole load of shopping bags. Not for me she thought, only window shopping here. He ran out of empty cafe to speak to her, get to know her name, smell her perfume. Exactly what she wished for too, and as a crisp smell of aftershave came closer and closer to her, she began to smirk. Luckily she was clean today, and her hair smelt beautiful, matching and complimenting his aftershave. It was like when the air meets the sea or ocean. I wish it was him, then gave up, dreaming she imagined his advances too, she smirked as she walked past his designer store imagining perfectly what he was mouthing. It really shouldn't be. When a cr isis in love like this occur s you should pull out all of the stops and investigate why you feel this way? You may have it all out of perspective.

When you are in a great relationship there's nothing better than the great times you spent together. Looking amazing on a night out, keeping the ticket in your jeweller y box as a sentimental reminder and the smell of the per fume you wore that night. It all adds up, creating an unfor gettable recollection in your mind. These are some of the special memor ies that spark romance fur ther, and can even make or break a great relationship. If the relationship has moments of simplicity too, like shopping together, shar ing an ice- cream or a cigarette on a r ainy day, and picking up the mess after a fight, then a break- up is even more messier than usual as you were so damn lucky. It can also be seen as a fight or flight situation where a per son can exper ience feelings of panic which lead to only two roads - star ting a fight, or fighting to get your love life back on tr ack or simply r unning away - probably on the quickest flight out of the situation to clear the mind and find a remedy or simply leave. You can speak to a counsellor or find out more about exper iencing panic attacks from your doctor, G.P or ask for a counselling appointment from your doctor who can refer you to a specialist. This is for severe cases of tr auma or panic with feelings of depression, headaches. ir regular hear tbeat, difficulty breathing and wild feelings of panic which may even include suicide. The easiest initial option would be to take flight and leave your town immediately, where there are no tr aces of memor ies or any chances of walking over some automatic stimuli which reminds you of your relationship and swings you back to feelings of despair at not having your relationship intact.

Ask your self too why you feel this way? Why do you feel this bad? It may be reasons like I miss my boyfr iend, I won't find anything better, he won't retur n to me. It may well be the ver y reason why you feel so depressed, hopeless, and full of despair. This accentuates your sense of loss and depression and your feelings can get wor se. Your palms may begin to sweat, your hear tbeat may become er r atic, and that simply makes you feel wor se and wor sens the scr ipt in your head. A scr ipt is an automatic response to loss, or any emotion which we create our selves to get us through hard times, or simply under stand life, or even enjoy our selves more. It is for mulated our selves and is an authomatic response and way of under standing what is going on around us. So in summar y it's the stuff we tell our selves, our own automatic scr ipt which is a sequence of codes and stimulus which leads to cer tain reactions and ways of thinking which leads to consequent actions.

Re- assure him that you won't fly off the handle and anything he tells you is between him and you. He may open up about why he's breaking up with you, and what circumstances have bought this about? Ask him where the problem areas lie, for instance, it may be that you are about to embark on a romantic affair which may feel like a relationship but isn't, and all you can think about is breaking up. Nobody wants that looming over their heads when going on a date, so why don't you just lighten up and take things as they are and simply enjoy your self ? You should identify other problems in this way too, and use the same method.

Assess the whole situation, identify big problem areas and also smaller insignificant ones if you're sensitive, sentimental or if they are simply a big deal for you and can't be ignored. When you realise which areas upset you or hur t you or make you react in a cer tain way, then you can star t to work out what to change, and tr y and under stand how to change those things. Some things you may destroy, and other other s you may keep. With areas you are happy with in youor life, tr y and vow to move for ward with them too, and make adjustments so they are par t of your future life with or without your boyfr iend, and things you can update and refresh as things move for ward. Whether you want to tr y again and move deeper into your relationship or split and create closure you need to under stand how to vow to move for ward with your upset and unsettled hear t and how this will effect you and help you move for ward properly.

TRAGIC HEROI NE?

I t used to be a thing of the past, but now it's become a life choice, and newest label for distinguishing emotional upset and imbalance? People suffering from this 'persona' have no where to turn to, as it doesn't exist within the NHS. W r itten by Ms Faiza Mir za

hen tr agedy str ikes it hits us in different ways. We get upset, we panic, we cr y or we simply shut down? That's only just off the top of my head. There are many different feelings a per son can exper ience when tr agedy str ikes, and people deal with things in many different ways.

But what if you invited the trouble, to say become a super star ? A tr agic heroine, who lives around the cor ner of the local pub? She's just down the road, and ever ybody knows she lives next door to a spinster too? Tr agic Heroine anybody?

Attention seeking is not something out of bounds on a Psychologists's couch. In fact it may be the best par t of their day. Thousands of people seek solace in the 'imagined ar ms' of a tr usted Psychologist, especially when money isn't an issue. In fact attention seeking makes the world go round, with signs of the epidemic as early as the fir st day of a baby's bir th, up until the day of your death for many, despite how macabre that sounds. The image on the left with a beautiful girl, who is vuner able and sensitive could be seen as a per fect way of encapsulating to other s what a 'Tr agic Heroine' would really look like. It's a classic image which makes the world go around for people ready to pander to all their whims and desires. There really is nothing better, but what if there was trouble in this par adise too, and that the girl on the left page has actually orchestr ated her entire life to get attention?

In the case of 'Zor ro' the word 'tr agic hero or heroine' means a centr al char acter or protagonist that is still essentially a good guy/girl who let's failure enter their stor y due to a desire to do good or remain with dignity, where other 's don't do their par t. In a world where ever yone drops their responsibilities to remain good, a tr agic hero or heroine will simply keep the wheel tur ning by creating or sur facing their own flawed char acter. By doing this they may be r idiculed or laughed at, but they essentially keep the whole of soceital expectations alive, by focusing on their flaws where other s fail - people who ditch being good for evil in order to get ahead in life. They essentially save the day and keep people's admir ation and expectations in tact and save the purer par t of their hear ts. A saintly act, one which ar ises without prompting, but instead from the most selfless par t of their hear ts. The question is this? Do you think that a per son under stands this, at a cr ucial point in their lives, and well invites trouble and their 'char acter flaws' in order to fall into a life which will ultimately fail them in light of their peer s in order to appear like a saintly saviour ? Is this possible? So let me get this r ight? Someone you knew at School got great gr ades ever yday, was great at spor ts and was attr active and popular, do you think she would happily get pregnant so her lacklustre fr iends could get ahead just so she could appear 'saintly'? This type of altr uism is completely possible, and there is no doubt in my mind nearly ever y family has at least one incident, of someone close to you in this way.

Hamlet? Shakespeare's magnetic and fatally flawed centr al char acter is seen as a 'Tr agic Hero' who contemplates whether he should resign to what he sees as his fate discreetly within the soliloquay famously through the following words- 'to be or not to be, that is the question'. It is a cr ucial point in the play after a death and shocking news that Hamlet is said to have considered suicide and giving in to his fate, or is 'wear y flesh'. Is it at this point that a per son under stands that although they may give in to future loss, they will ultimately win if they also give in to char acter flaws and an acceptance of tr agedy which will ensue if they 'give up the ghost' at this point in their lives.

Whilst other s choose to usur p what they can in the famous Shakespearean tr agedy, Hamlet decides that it would be more 'mor al' to avenge his father 's death like the 'ghost' told him.

Could this be tr ue of many celebr ities too? It could later on, but it is impor tant here to pinpoint Hamlet's main char acter flaw that people gener ally want to get along, live healthily and be happy. Is it wrong to assume that you are in fact an attention seeker if you take this step without knowing? How many people would believe you were? Many Psychologists believe that attention seeking in itself is not a Psychological disposition. In fact it is simply a means for many men and women of attaining pr aise, recognition and validiction. This is something we are all guilty of, and is something impor tant within Psychology, but is actually a different sphere of Psychology altogether and needs to be addressed seper ately. However it may be ter med as a 'negative' for m of attaining validiction, as opposed to let's say a positive one such as tr aining to become a singer and being thr illed by a crowd cheer ing after a per for mance. A negative for m of attention seeking would be classed as someone faking an illness, or even visiting a Psychologist to gain attention by over exagger r ating a bad histor y of mental health, or pretending you will kill your self perhaps if you don't stir up worldwide trouble on social media today, and gain more fr iends than your nearest competition.

So what's the deal with attention seeker s and attention seeking? Well, Psychologists tend to agree that most attention seeker s are people who usually suffer from low esteem, fr agile ego's and infer ior ity complexes, which may stem from childhood, or an incompetency encountered later on in life such as not going through the stages of puber ty properly and simply growing up and dealing with the facts of life. There also may be studies into the idea of attention seeking stemming from other for ms of inadequacy such as jealousy. Maybe you know someone who fits the bill, or someone notor ious enough to be a ver y well known ?tr agic heroine?- someone we all know, or have at least crossed paths with at least once in our life, an unfor gettable face which we don?t know why, we just all can never for get. Yes, that is exactly what she wants ? the ?tr agic heroine?. There is always that one woman everybody knows, a repeat offender. All her relationships end up breaking up, all her fr iends steal her boyfr iend, and ever ything always goes wrong. To top it off, she gets accused of being an attention seeker, and the only thing she can do is like it and lump it to stay out of the mental asylum, and to keep the peace.

Is it r ight to call someone who has tr agedy wr itten on their palms an attention seeker ? We may have to, as there is no real subsection of society, which deals with this type of ostr acisation. It is cr uel and unmonitored, due to the fact that the woman in question ? the ?tr agic heroine?is usually glamorous, beautiful, well kept and r ich. These subsections of society mean that she is capable of looking after her self and other s and is not someone who would be classed as a char ity case. Although this may be tr ue on file, none of these categor ies really exemplifies or label what it means to be a ?tr agic heroine? apar t from humour ing the situation and descr ibing it something only tr ue for a fictional char acter and ?not real life?.

So maybe she has a Psychological disorder then. Psychological disorder, just because no one cares to categor ise her ? Yes, I?m afr aid so ? says the mind?s eye from the tr agedy of Hamlet ? a Shakespearean play based on the archetypal Tr agic Hero Hamlet who was fatally flawed when he decided to listen to a ghost and ?avenge his father ?s death?. He famously ask his wear y flesh if it should consider the following ? ?to be or not to be, that is the question?, creating a sea of possibilities about consider ing this and that, and asking what is the meaning of life discreetly and ambiguously through a soliloquy.

Attention seeking is not untalked about in the world of Psychology. In fact, it is one of the best days for many Psychologists when they find a patient is suffer ing from an acute disorder, which involves some tr ace of attention seeking which opens up a new path of possibilities for their patient. So in essence the symptom of ?attention seeking?in itself is not classed as a Psychological disorder str ictly speaking, but it does cue us to other Psychological models and studies which include it as a great pre- cur sor for fur ther investigations into someone?s mental health. A result of cer tain Psychological disorder s or an indicator of fur ther or similar troubles with a per son?s mental health and how they deal with thedisplaced platform, which leads them to attention seek. That initial ?displaced platfor m?may well be their sense of self, ego, self- esteem, an infer ior ity complex, loneliness, or a ser iously ignored per sonality disorder.Many Psychologists agree that it is a result and action by a human being to gain some for m of acceptance or positive reinforcement in their lives such as fr iendship, compliments, laughter or notor iety.

Excessive or maladaptive attention seeking is seen as a centr al component of many Psychological studies. They are classed as people suffer ing from Narcissism or Narcisissists and are doign ver y well, thank you ver y much.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU SUFFER FROM ATTENTION SEEKING BEHAVIOUR?

Histr ionic and Borderline Per sonality Disorder are also quite similar, and make the per son suffer or 'not suffer ' as the per son exper iencing delusional thinking may feel that these 'symptoms' are actually something to be proud of. They may be r ight, many Psychological studies are relatively new, and haven't been tr ied and tested ver y r igourously, as the nature of this area is limited to a few deter mining factor s sometimes.

4. Keep a diar y. Wr ite down how you feel each day and from moment to moment.

There will be a great sense of acheivement for someone upset if they can continue to wr ite how they feel for a long per iod of time.

Could it be easier to simply look at the facts - that someone is not just feeling isolated but is isolated, and there's not much the church or NHS can do about someone you think is faking it, and is tr ying to get attention by labelling themselves as a tr agic heroine? It may be someone close to you too, who you wr ite off as someone desper ate for attention, maybe there is something ser iously wrong.

1. Check what it means to be an attention seeker by reading up about the issue. You can use self- help books, features in magazines, or call a help line who are happy to speak to you for as long as you want. Do you fit the description?

2. Speak to your doctor and ask for some counselling. Your doctor can ascertain from a few enquiries whether or not you are suitable for counselling.

3. Whilst you are waiting for a counselling appointment take up a hobby which helps you to pur ge out your emotions in one way or another. You can also think about star ting regular excercise classes as counselling is ver y heavy, and can dr ain and bore you. If you are par ticularly vuner able you should think about this carefully as counselling can be ver y sensitive for some people, and talking about their emotions may stop them altogether.

5. if your counseller feels that you are ser iously in trouble, let's say if they see that you exper ience severe or chronic episodes of panic attacks or delusional thinking they may get you sectioned or refer you to a Psychiatr ist. If you are refer red to a Psychiatr ist or are sectioned speak up then and ask for help then. The infor mation stored here will stay on your medical file and help your doctor to help you back to nor mal mental health.

Well first things first one must always ask what the problem is, and more importantly where the problem lies.

Both these factors can be different and in opposition to each other. So let's take a problem in love and start from there..anything you like said the Psychiatrist's voice which is in my head and someone I I haven't even met yet, like a fictional character who is just sweetly swish and a complete perfect initiation or prelude for what is inevitable to follow, the perfect lead-in for what is to commence.

And what is to commence - a voice has to ask this or else things get confusing in the mind's eye, you know. Well the problem is that I have just found out the boy crush I thought would one day be my boyfriend is now dating another frenemy posed as someone concerned about me to bag his friendship and then his ardent feelings for me. Let's break it down and see if this can be resolved in 30 days time?

So calm down and clear up what happened?You should ask yourself questions like this?- Did I imagine what I saw today, is my problem real or me being paranoid?Maybe they were holding hands for another reason?Maybe they are just friends?W hen facing any problem you should first identify what the problem is, to clear up the mess in your head, to help you find a solution and also to take off some of the confusion experienced especially in matters of the heart.

Ask yourself how you really feel?Are you facing up to how depressed and helpless you feel?Or maybe you are making a mountain out of molehill?Maybe it's a recurring problem because you deal with this the same way?Is there anything you can do to solve the problems or hurt you're facing or have you exhausted all options and are really stuck?These are the questions you should be asking about your emotional state during times of a crisis or emotional heartbreak.

Can you give yourself a break?Can you afford a holiday where you can indulge your displaced emotional state?

Have you got the time available to listen to some music that mirrors how you feel?Do you know how to let off steam in the gym?W hen a crisis occurs rushing to the gym to get your circulation pumping as well as a good clean could be a life saver sometimes, especially the comforting feeling of cleanliness you experience after exercise. Take advantage of increased serotonin levels which have been pumped up by a session in the gym. Even nicer is to pin the perfect pictures to describe and portray your feelings in a scrapbook, when things calm down later and you reach the last week of the month you will be amazed by your results. If anything it's a chance to create a keepsake for an emotional and turbulent time in your life, and the more you care about yourself during times of crisis the better. You can add colours and paints to describe how you were feeling at the time, maybe you won't make the same mistake again, or maybe that's exactly what you want. Taking pictures and keeping the date in a diary or scrapbook will help you keep stock of the memories of this time too.

In the space of 30 days you can achieve huge amounts of progress if heartbreak normally holds you back, and you need convincing that it's worth it's while.
