During the onboarding period, you’ll be paired with an Agent Experience Coordinator who works with you one-on-one, providing real-time answers as you need them.

We’ll just come out and say it: we beat almost every other brokerage on cost. Five Star agents pay only $8,340 a year while keeping 100% of the commission. We also offer a 70/30 spilt perfect for agents just getting into the game. We’ll never take any franchise fees off the top, E&O insurance is always covered, and there’s no silly “technology” fees to worry about.

$345 Broker Admin Fee for the first 40 transactions each year. This fee is typically paid by the client.
Number of Broker Admin Fees collected will be prorated based on the agent’s start date. The 40 side count restarts on January 1 of the following year.

Team Leaders are on a 100% commission plan and can set their own splits with their agents. We don’t charge for extras like:

Team Leader Fee:

Team Member Fee:

Admin Fees:
$345 per transaction, capped at 40 transactions per year per team. Fee count restarts January 1st each year.
After 40 transactions, your team can continue charging clients admin fees–and you keep 100% of what you collect.
TRANSACTION COSTS FOR TEAM MEMBERS
$100/transaction for each team members first 10 transactions per year.
After 10 there’s no pertransaction fee for that agent for the rest of the year. Transaction count restarts January 1st each year.
