‘Futures’

is a care leaving service set up by the Five Rivers Child Care Family, just for you. We offer help, support and can be a friend on the end of the telephone whenever you need.

We will point you in the best direction for any specialist help, support and guidance.

You can apply for financial grants from us. if you need.
