n February 2, 2022, Fit Corea Service performed an after-sale service on a Branson 6225C tractor in Gloria Mindoro that had been running for over a year. The service was carried out to check the clogging of the engine’s fuel line system, which is a common issue for tractor engines. A clogged or filthy fuel filter can then deplete an engine’s fuel supply, resulting in a lack of power. Fuel filter components are designed to keep the dirt, rust, and other contaminants from entering the engine and its components. The failure of the fuel filter is one of the most common indicators that your car’s fuel system has

got blocked. This issue can prevent the fuel from reaching the engine. The high pressure that the pump exerts to compensate for the lack of fuel pressure can eventually cause the pump to overheat and fail.

Another batch of Rotating disc plow send off to northern asia Fit Corea dispatched another batch of WECAN Rotating Disc Plows to Northern Asia as part of the project of RCEF. The rotating disc plow will be given to a cooperative as recipients of the project. The first batch of rotating disc plow was delivered on January 21, 2022. The Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) or Rice Fund, was established by law to help rice farmers improve their competitiveness and income in the wake of the Philippine rice trade policy liberalization, which removed quantitative restrictions on rice imports and replaced them with tariffs, among other things. Mechanization Program is one of the components of RCEF that intends to improve rice farmers’ productivity, profitability, and global competitiveness by improving access to and usage of appropriate production and post-production mechanization technology. Other components are the Seed Program, the Credit Program, and the Extension Services Program. Fit Corea Magazine Agricultural machines

FIELD DEMO

Asia cultivator demo in lipa, batangas Fit Corea team went to Lipa City Batangas to demonstrate the Asia cultivator and its implements to the cooperative in Batangas, who received the cultivator from Brixton, one of the dealers of Fit Corea. The first implement they demonstrated is the former and mulcher (FM-120), it used to simultaneously ridge forming and vinyl mulching for ridges of various whole crops. With an all-around farming machine ASIA cultivator, by changing implements, it can perform 40 different functions to finish works done by the manpower of 40 people. Another implement they have shown is the former, it uses a set of blades that spin and break the soil clods and helps to do weeding between crops. It moisturized and pulverized the soil.

FIT COREA TEAM PLANNING & ORGANIZING Everyone in the team gives ideas and opinions every time we plan to do a project for something, which makes the organization do well. Cooperation is the key.

to convey the message that this machine is very helpful, portable and to ensure that the operation will never stop when you need to refuel the tractor in the field.

One of the plans we have talked about is to shoot a product demo of our tractor with implements like levee maker, rotavator, and plow. We also discussed what will be the flow of the shoot and the things we need for the shoot. The mechanic team points out the things to fix before the appointed date of the shoot.

Another machines we aim to bring is the Hanseo sanitizing sprayer. We want to show the importance of this sprayer, especially to those with piggery farms in the Philippines. ASF or African swine fever is not new in our ears because many of the regions here in our country already experiencing this kind of disease in their pigs.

Fit Corea caters different types of machinery, from land preparation to post harvest, that is why we should give the right information about all the machines through our social media because it will help our farmers to know and have knowledge about which is the best and right machine that they We included in the plan to take need for their farms to make them some shots of the new machinery more productive and cost-efficient. from Korea like the new fuel injector by DAMOA. This will be placed Fit Corea Magazine Agricultural machines alongside the tractor on the farm, Manager Malou also discussed why we should and should not bring a specific machine for us not to waste time, effort, and budget. She also gives ideas and reminds everyone to fix the machines that we want to bring and also to check the demo site.

AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY FIELD DEMONSTRATION AND VIDEO SHOOTING IN BULACAN Fit Corea team led by Manager Marilou went to Bulacan on February 19, 2022, to do a field demonstration of machines such as Branson Tractor with Rotating disc plow, Rotavator, and Levee maker. The team decided to use the Rotating Disc Plow first to break the hard soil that has lots of weeds and rice straws. The rotating disc plow is well excellent for deep plowing and perfectly turning over rice straws and soil. It’s a well-equipped plow with a full-body casting mold gearbox and a powerful side gear system. The next machine we used is the Rotavator WR1550SGW to pulverize the soil after breaking it. It is suitable for areas with rough or wet soil, it works faster and has no soil and straw locking. Depending on the soil conditions you have to choose a rotavator. You cannot buy a rotavator that already coupled with the tractor simply because nobody knows where you will use it and what type of soil you have. Farm fields have different types of soil; muddy, sandy, hard, stony and normal soil. Depending on the crops you might need a different kind of rotavator. So, regardless of your tractor the rotavator must be suitable to your needs. With good implements you can have higher yield and be more productive. FIT Corea has different kinds of rotavator series depending on your needs. We recommend checking first your soil before getting a rotavator. As for the Levee Maker, due to the area being too dry to build a pilapil, we opted to use the Hanseo Longrange Sprayer to apply some water on the ground. However, the area’s dry conditions made the levee maker not to be able to produce the desired result. It took multiple failed attempts before we were finally able to make a decent pilapil. The goal of Levee maker is to create solid new levees by mixing the soil from the existing ones with the new ones. Aside from doing the demonstration, our team also took the opportunity to use the Branson tractor to practice driving it safely with implements.

The Department of Agriculture-Bafe, visited Fit Corea’s office to conduct a survey.

T

he representative of the Department of Agriculture-BAFE, Engineer Francis Glenn Miro of Standard Regulation and Enforcement Division (SRED), visited Fit Corea to discuss the tractor government procurement standard survey and other concerns on how to improve the testing techniques of tractors aside from the AMTEC standard testing. To allow more farm machinery manufacturers and distributors to participate in the government’s farm mechanization program, the AMTEC result must be extended to more than 5 years or at least make it a lifetime if it is already exists in the market. He also shared that the Department of Agriculture is now recommending another test for the tractor’s adaptability and endurance. He also added that AMTEC’s recommendation for the testing technique for actual field testing is a 40-hour operation followed by another 40-hour laboratory testing. He also said that the longevity of the same tractor model will be determined based on the information received from the suppliers and AMTEC test result that has a five-year expiry date. Engineer Miro also clarify that the recommended cost of the testing of AMTEC is around Php170,000 but may increase depending on the testing procedure and according to the new policy of DA that those participating farm machinery manufacturers and distributors should conduct at least twice a year maintenance visit to their office. Manager Malou and Jeffrey also shared some questions and suggestions about the survey. One of the questions they discussed was if the supplier will invest worth more than a million pesos for the tractor and the implements, how can it be sure that it is worth it since the machines will become a second hand after the testing. Another thing, what implements should come with the tractor to be tested since the tractor is a multi-purpose machine, it should be not limited to 1 or 2 implements but must be all kinds of implements. Engineer Moro, closed the meeting by giving assurance that all the clarifications, questions, and suggestions will be forwarded to DA and a similar market survey will be given to all new manufacturers and distributors that will participate in the bidding process.

MR. CABALLERO, A FARM OWNER VISIT THE BRANSON TRACTOR 6225 CABIN TYPE During his visit to Fit Corea on February 4, 2022, Mr. Caballero, together with his mother and a tractor operator, looked over the Branson tractor 6225C, one of Korea’s newest equipment. Even though his farm is well-known for producing dairy products such as cheese, he’s now expanding into other crops and using more complex, but cost-effective gear to increase farm output. Mr. Caballero is extremely open to the concept of sharing information about the Branson tractors and the benefits they have over other tractor brands. Also, he said he had viewed several videos on the Branson tractor and was extremely pleased with the outcomes and specifications. Mr. Caballero was particularly impressed by the eight hydraulic ports of the tractor, which is excellent in quality and performance. The Branson 6225 cabin tractor is a high-end tractor featuring large rearview mirrors for the operator’s convenience, as well as a front PTO and Hitch mount. The fuel tank is positioned underneath the cabin, making it easy to fill it, and the work lights in the front and back are particularly handy at night. It also features a turning angle of 52 degrees, which makes it easier to maneuver in tight spaces. In addition to the tractor, Mr. Caballero’s equipment includes a rotating disc plow, a point post hole digger, and a front loader with forklift. The rotating disc plow from Wecan is created differently than other disc plows on the market. It has a powerful side gear system, a full-body casting mold gearbox, and hydraulic cylinders with a locking valve that is automated. The point post hole digger is also used to fence a hole for a post or signs. Finally, the Hanil front loader is frequently used to swiftly scoop and dump enormous amounts of soil, sand, or other materials from one site to another. Those implements are really helpful, particularly when clearing a field.

Archie, one of the mechanics, explained some details like how important it is to always check the engine oil and radiator before using the tractor. They must also check the air in the tires to ensure that no difficulties arise throughout the operation. The next thing we demonstrate is how to install and uninstall the implements of the tractor such as the rotating plow, hole digger and front loader. We instructed the operator how to properly install the equipment before allowing him to operate the tractor on his own. The design team also took advantage of the opportunity to film and photograph the Branson cabin type tractor in action, as well as use other Korea technology on the farm, such as the lifting machine, and also to show Mr. Caballero what other machines he can use to make his farm more productive and mechanized.

South Korea launched New Technology

01

02 From February 16th to 18th, the 2022 International Livestock Expo was held at EXCO in Daegu, South Korea. KTCC participated in the expo and formally introduced the excellence of the new “Waterlox 5822” (a small water purification/sterilization water treatment system). The KTCC’s small water treatment system (groundwater purification/disinfection system) is used for odor reduction and groundwater disinfection in a situation where hygiene management and autonomous quarantine work of livestock farmers are very important due to the outbreak of AI (avian influenza) and foot-and-mouth disease. It is getting a good response from farmers. Waterlox 5822 is an electrochemical technology that has hypochlorous acid as its main component. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) contains Na+ and has more than 80 times higher sterilization power than sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), which is usually called ‘Clorox.” There are no residual toxic chemicals, so it is safe for the human body and it has excellent sterilization power.

Jekwang launched the JK-578 side transfer machine that loads seedling trays that have been planted and transfers them to the side during the operation of the automatic sowing machine. The Side transfer machine does not use a pneumatic cylinder and uses only a motor to minimize the vibration of the seedling trays and loads it. The side receiving part also uses a belt to complete sowing, and the loaded seedling trays is transported without vibration. CEO of Jekwang, said, “We are continuing research and development as well as product development and improvement to increase farm income by reducing manpower and improving work efficiency. I will try,” he said.

Another advantage is that it does not cause environmental pollution because it will return to the water if it is not used after a certain period of time.
