The first wall-mounted disinfecting and sanitizing system operating at the checkpoint of Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya

The very first wall-mounted disinfecting and sanitizing sytem in the Philippines is now operating at Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya.

Dr. Roberto Busania, the Regional Technical Director For Operations of DA region 2 explained in the interview that the purpose of the wall-mounted disinfection system is to disinfect trucks and vehicles transporting animals, frozen foods and processed meat products as well as those transporting chicken sewage used for fertilizer. It also aims to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever (ASF) into the second region.

Last December 2021, the town of Gattaran was hit by African Swine Fever (ASF) and this January the towns of Enrile, Amulung and Tuao in Cagayan was also affected by the disease. Dr. Busania clarified that few pigs were affected and the spread of ASF was already under control. Dr. Busania said that they also plan to install a wall-mounted disinfection system in Quirino province which is the entry point for those coming from region 3 and in Santa Praxedes, Cagayan which is the entry point for those coming from region 1.

HERE IN FIT COREA, WE ONLY GIVE THE BEST AND YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY! In this pandemic, we are exposed to a wide range of organisms that may carry the virus and transmit it through our clothing, bodies, and possessions. Nowadays, Disinfectant machine are very much helpful in our society and even in our own home. The Dr. Seba disinfecting machine of Fit Corea Trading Phils Inc. is a 3-way disinfectant (fogging, ultra-violet and plasma sonic) that can kill 99.9% of viruses and is particularly useful for COVID-19 virus prevention and other viruses prevalent in the environment. Fit Corea is taking extra steps against viruses to help protect guests and staffs because your safety is our top priority. Cleaning high-touch surfaces at least once a day or as often as determined is necessary like the door handles, stair railings, windows, light switches, lifts, chairs. Also, surfaces in bathroom facilities, including toilets, flush handles, toilet roll and dispensers, and sinks. In the office work surfaces and equipment, such as desks, keyboards, printers, mouse, phones, monitors, and storage cabinets.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) believes that fogging and misting methods of disinfectant treatment may not be sufficient on their own. We utilize microfiber cleaning cloths to help prevent contamination by wiping all surfaces as well as fogging and misting. Only approved disinfectants are used by the staff. If you wipe off a surface in one direction and then go back over it in the opposite direction, germs that you just cleaned will be deposited. Fit corea emphasizes hand washing by reminding staffs to clean their hands for at least 20 seconds with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60 to 95 percent alcohol or warm water and soap. Because germs spread when hands are wet, dry them thoroughly. Finally, we want to emphasize how safe and clean our office is.

FIT COREA AFTER-SALES SERVICE FOR VARIOUS KOREA MACHINERY. Fit Corea Mechanic went to Mr. Castro on January 10th to service and maintain the Branson tractor in Nueva Ecija. Cleaning and replacing the radiator, air filter, bearing and oil seal, and front axle shaft were all done by Jojo. He also stated that the tractor’s operating status and working conditions should be addressed, as the fuel filter may need to be replaced during cold weather to allow for the proper rate of fuel flow. The engine air filter may need to be cleaned or replaced when operating in dusty conditions. The engine coolant radiator and hydraulic oil cooler may need to be cleaned during hot weather to keep the optimum operating temperature.

On January 11, 2022, the Fit Corea team traveled to barangay Santa Rita in Nueva Ecija to conduct a general inspection of the Kukje riding type rice transplanter. Many farmers and agribusiness owners are currently preparing their machines for the upcoming harvest season, which begins in early March. Regular machine maintenance gives you peace of mind that your agricultural machinery will always be in good working condition, which is extremely essential because it allows you to focus on running your business without worrying about unexpected machine problems.

Fit Corea Mechanics repaired the Branson tractor 6225R last January 27 in Nueva Ecija Initial land preparation begins after your last harvest or during the tilled land period. This is important for effective weed control and for enriching the soil. Generally, it will take 3−4 weeks to prepare the field before planting. Dr. Alvindia is preparing his 6225R tractor for tillage and land preparation work. Mr. Alvidia requested the mechanic to repair and service his machine. So, the mechanics of Fit Corea Trading Phils Inc., Mr. Jojo and Mr. Archie, went to Nueva Ecija to replace the turbocharger of Mr. Alvindia’s 6225R tractor machine. The turbo-charger system, with support from the loss of energy from the engine output fumes, compresses the air entering the engine and more air enters the cylinder. This will cause the engine to burn fuel more efficiently and produce more power. Mr. Jojo also tunes up the engine for the operation of the tractor. This will lead to significant savings in fuel consumption for Dr. Alvindia’s tractor. The Branson Tractor is made entirely in Korea! It is a full-options tractor that can equip manual and hydraulic-driven implements. The engine emission is Tier 3, which is eco-friendly and causes less pollution while using this tractor compared to others. It is also turbo-charged for more power, especially while working in terrain for pulling or carrying something. It has a 12x12 FxR transmission. You can also equip front and back implements like Loader, Backhoe, Rotavator, Levee maker, Leveler, Underground crop harvester, Disc plow, Post hole diggers, among others, since there are ready hydraulic ports in front and back. It has a total of 8 ports (4 rear, 4 front).

These Riding-type Direct Seeders are quite durable and can last for many years if properly cared and maintained in the field. A riding-type seeder is very useful in rice production as well as seed production because it saves labor and minimize seed requirements per hectare. In places where labour is scarce or nonexistent, the mechanical seeder may be recommended to avoid operational delays. Asia direct seeder parts were returned to Fit Corea office at Caloocan City.
