Cycle Classic

he London-Surrey Cycle Classic will bring the best athletes from around the world to the streets of London and the challenging terrain of Surrey on Sunday 14th August 2011. Part of the London Prepares series, the event will allow the London 2012 Organising Committee to test crucial aspects of its operations, less than one year ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

As one of only three International Cycling Union (UCI) road events taking place in the UK in 2011, the race will showcase the spectacular sport of cycling to London and Surrey-based fans. The London – Surrey Cycle Classic is a free event and spectators are welcome to watch anywhere along the 140km route. The route takes competitors past thousands of households, enabling fans to see worldclass cycling action from their front door.

The race will start at The Mall at 9am, with riders setting off for a gruelling 140km race around the streets, lanes and hills of this challenging course.

After weaving their way through the capital to the historic Hampton Court Palace, the riders will head

out into the rolling countryside, ancient woodland and picturesque villages of Surrey. Two zigzag circuits around Box Hill will test the mettle of riders before they set their sights back on London and a fast finish at The Mall – against the backdrop of Buckingham Palace.

Among some of the stranger items brought along were uneaten pieces of Royal wedding cake and a life-sized model of a lion once used in a TV series.

Visitors to the show should use public transport and entry is via Gate 5 in Church Road. Series Editor Simon Shaw says: “The team are all looking forward to visiting such an iconic venue as Wimbledon.

It’s always exciting to see what will come to light on the day. We regularly see between 1500 and 2000 visitors on the day. Despite the high turnout everyone will get to see an expert.”

psom Live! is back with a bang this summer as star-studded musical talent, old and new, are set to perform live after racing at Epsom Downs Racecourse throughout June and July.

Texas, fronted by lead singer Sharleen Spiterim, will hold court and entertain crowds on June 30th, the first evening of the summer line-up. Performances of Texas’s rock anthems I Don’t Want a Lover and When We Are Together will be showcased from their UK number one albums, White On Blonde and The Hush, as the first music night sounds across the Surrey Downs.

Legendary American rock group, The Beach Boys, will bring Rock And Roll Music to Epsom Downs Racecourse when they perform after racing on Thursday 7th July. Cartier International Day 2011 For every English polo player, and indeed for the greatest names in the sport worldwide, the Coronation Cup – the feature match on Cartier International Day at Guards Polo Club – remains the most coveted event to play in during the English polo season. This is the day when the polo fields of English summer enjoy full bloom, infused with a spice of glamour, celebrity and royal patronage.

This year, the Hurlingham Polo Association, the sport’s governing body in the UK, will be celebrating the centenary of the Coronation Cup. Of course, the Cup has not been played for in every one of these 100 years – two world wars saw to that – but it has been one of the most famous matches in global polo over the last 10 decades. In fact today, the Cartier International Day is considered the world’s largest spectator polo event, attracting more than 20,000

people to Guards Polo Club, set in the heart of Windsor Great Park. This year the England polo team will play a hugely talented Brazilian team for the trophy. England polo team captain Luke Tomlinson, who has worn the skipper’s armband since 2006 says: “It’s always a great occasion to be involved in. To play for your country, and to be captain, is a high honour in any sport. It’s always a great feeling to go out there and play in front of a huge home crowd. As players, it means so much to us.”

Andrew Hine, a former captain of England, and now the England team coach, believes the match day has a flavour like no other. “You can play in the Argentine Open in Palermo, Buenos Aires, which for many is the Mecca of the sport, with the noise and 5,000 people on top of you; but when you play at Guards Polo Club in The Coronation Cup, and you hear the roar of 25,000 people, there is nothing

like it anywhere in the world. No event can claim those sorts of numbers, and when you get a great, close match, and the crowd in those stands gets behind you, the hairs stand up on the back of your neck. It is the biggest game in the world. We love that as players. There’s no greater feeling.”

Alan Kent, another England stalwart, who has also coached the England team, says: “My memories of Coronation Cup are either adulation and joy, or complete demoralisation. It’s all or nothing, highs and lows. But win or lose, you cannot help looking back on every match you played in, or were involved in, with a deep sense of pride.”

The Coronation Cup is framed by Cartier International Day, which has become a late summer addition to the social sporting calendar. The event slots in alongside Henley, Wimbledon, Ascot and the Lord’s

Test match. The Day itself offers two outstanding polo games – the Coronation Cup in the afternoon and a morning game – showcasing up-and-coming English talent – for the Golden Jubilee Trophy. In addition to this first-class sport on the field, the day provides some fantastic hospitality opportunities, including the chance to spend the day – and the evening – in the Chinawhite marquee. Chinawhite has been the post match party provider for the past 10 years and this year has invited the legendary producer Mark Ronson and Axwell from the Swedish House Mafia to be the guest DJs during the evening.

If a quieter afternoon is needed, then Keith Prowse offers a more relaxed lunch and afternoon tea option in their marquee, situated within the Smith’s Lawn Enclosure, close to the Cartier Marquee. Cartier announced earlier this year that this will be their last year of sponsorship of this high-goal event – after 27 years – as they will be sponsoring Guards Polo Club’s Queen’s Cup tournament from 2012. The Cartier Marquee guest list is always impressive, with an array of stars from the world of film, television and music.

he first Proms concert took place on 10th August 1895 and was the brainchild of the impresario Robert Newman, manager of the newly built Queen’s Hall in London. While Newman had previously organised symphony orchestra concerts at the hall, his aim was to reach a wider audience by offering more popular programmes, adopting a less formal promenade arrangement, and keeping ticket prices low.

The 100th Proms season took place in 1994 and the festival now includes over 70 main Prom concerts every year, ever widening the range of symphonic and operatic music presented.

On the 18th July 2011 Fellows auctioneers will be holding one of the largest auctions of vintage and modern wrist watches this year.

A

uctioning off over 600 vintage and modern wrist watches, including specialist pieces from Rolex, Omega, Cartier and Patek Philippe, there are plenty of opportunities to add to your collection. There is however, one exceptional lot, this 1969 Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, the ‘Paul Newman Daytona’ estimated at £30,000 - £40,000. Described as ‘the vintage sports watch to own’, this Paul Newman Daytona is one of the original early models and has the unique and highly sought after black and cream exotic dial.

In the 1960’s Rolex gave its chronograph model a major facelift, introducing the Rolex Cosmograph. With its accuracy and unique ability to calculate the average lap speed of racing cars, the 1961 Rolex Cosmograph became known as the Daytona through its association with racing and the great track.

Paul Newman’s affiliation with the Rolex Daytona began with his appearance in the 1969 Indy Car racing film Winning in which he appeared to wear the model.

Although Newman himself does not recall wearing this

specific Daytona in the motion picture, his 1973 appearance on the front cover of Italian magazine Moda, wearing what again appeared to be a Rolex Daytona, only went further in cementing his association with the model.

Indeed, Paul Newman himself identifies that his appearance in Moda magazine may have been the catalyst for his lifetime association with the Daytona Model.

With a love affair stemming from his role in the film Winning, Newman’s racing

career began in 1972 and he made his first real public connection with the Rolex Daytona when his wife Joanne Woodward bought him a Rolex Daytona with the inscription ‘Drive Slowly, Joanne’ on its case. Upon stepping into the racing car Newman became a supreme driver. In 1995 Newman won the GT1 Class in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona and in doing so was presented with a new Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, featuring the inscription, ‘Rolex 24H at

Daytona, Paul Newman, Rolex Motorsport Man of the Year, 1995’. His ability as a driver and love for the sport even gained acclaim from champion racing driver Mario Andretti describing Newman as ‘one of us.’

Interestingly, unlike more modern actors and celebrities, although Newman wore this Rolex Daytona model for over 30 years, he never officially endorsed the model or publically endorsed Rolex as a brand. Thus, the term ‘Paul Newman Daytona’ was adopted by collectors and enthusiasts and has never been officially used by Rolex.

Nevertheless, as a result of Paul Newman’s dedication to his career, his love for racing and indirect contribution to the legacy of Rolex the Paul Newman Stainless Steel Cosmograph Daytona is considered to be ‘the holy grail’ for serious watch collectors.

our types of awards – Gold Flora, Silver-Gilt Flora, Silver Flora, and Bronze Flora – are given in various horticultural categories, including Best Show Garden, Best City Garden, Best Chic Garden, and Best Courtyard Garden, among others.

Despite the challenging warm and dry weather conditions throughout April and May, exhibitors excelled in both planting and design, with the world class growers and exhibitors in the Great Pavilion amassing over fifty gold medals in total.

The Daily Telegraph Garden, designed by Cleve West, was awarded gold and has been given the accolade of Best Show Garden. This is a stunning hat trick of Best in Show awards for The Daily Telegraph.

Among the gold winning highlights, Diarmuid Gavin achieved his first gold medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for his Irish Sky Garden.

The judging panel awarded a total of eight gold medals, five silver - gilt flora medals and silver flora medals in the show garden category.

In the Urban Garden category, eight gardens were awarded medals - three gold; four silver-gilt and two silver medals. The Best Urban Garden 2011 title went to Stockton Drilling Ltd, with Lands’ End and Worcester Bosch gardens also winning gold.

The Best Artisan Garden accolade and a gold medal were awarded to the Hae-woo-so (Emptying One’s Mind) garden. Other awards in this category are one other gold, one silver – gilt, three silvers and a bronze.

In the Great Pavilion, right at the heart of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show where world class nurseries exhibit a vast range of top quality plants, there were over 100 medals awarded, of which 56 were gold. The President’s Award in the Great Pavilion was awarded to Crug Farm Plants, Gwynedd Four gold medals were awarded in the Continuous Learning category in the Great Pavilion, with Sparsholt College being awarded gold and Best Continuous Learning Exhibit.

In the first session of the Floral Arrangement Awards a total of nineteen awards were presented including four gold medals.

Watch history come alive before your eyes as you discover the adventures of mid-18th century North America. Visit the tented encampments to enjoy a visual feast as you talk to the uniformed soldiers and 18th century civilians to find out about their daily lives.

Some of the country’s foremost house builders, architects and surveyors throw caution to the wind, quite literally, when taking part in their exclusive industry event, the Little Britain Challenge Cup, Europe’s largest commercial sailing regatta, which takes place every September in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight.

This year’s event, taking place 8th-11th September, received a record number of firm entries during the first week of opening their on-line booking service, something that particularly delighted the Little Britain Chairman, David Smith, from Surrey-based luxury house builders Octagon who comments,

“We see the LBCC as the perfect mix of a wonderful few days’ racing combined with some great networking opportunities. Anybody who is anybody, is here for the four day extravaganza, either bringing down company members to crew, or inviting clients who love to join in for both the racing and partying afterwards. The LBCC is more than just a jolly, as it continues to support a number of charities, which, more than ever, need help and support. Not least the GBR Paralympic Sailing Team. This is the LBCC’s last big chance to raise funds for these most magnificent of sailors, to ensure they enter the 2012 Olympics in winning style. Already well into serious training on the Olympic waters of Weymouth, the seven young individuals are determinedly gearing themselves towards victory, despite their varying degrees of disability which range from cerebral palsy through minus a right forearm to a double below the knee amputee.

The LBCC money really does make a huge difference, as these sailors, all professionals and regatta champions, get nothing in the way of handouts from government or councils. This is the time that costs start to soar, as the team require more boats, which come hand in hand with higher maintenance bills.

As well as actively overturing sponsors themselves, to help keep their boats in prime condition and in the water, they rely on the generosity of people like the contestants and guests who attend the Little Britain Challenge Cup.

HAM POLO CLUB was the first year of what is now known as the London Polo Club, beginning life as the Ham Common Polo Club it was part of a whole host of equestrian clubs that offered Londoners the opportunity to watch one of the most thrilling sports to have ever been conceived.

The club was formed for players who may not have played in the major high goal tournaments but shared a love for the sport. This is a strong tradition that has been carried through to the present day. Other similarities to the modern club included the presence of the 10 goalers of yesteryear. Johnny Traill the first Argentine 10 was a regular player and coach.

England’s inter war years saw a temporary halt to polo in the UK, however, the late great William Francis Walsh, affectionately known as Billy, set to in 1946 reviving polo in the Royal Borough of Richmond Upon Thames. The first post war polo tournament was played at Roehampton in 1947 and fittingly Billy, boasting a 5 goal handicap, and the Ham team took the trophy home.

Club. Now played at an eight goal level, major english polo teams will be competing in the tournament played in August.

Billy continued to develop polo in London; though he is remembered well for this, he is also recognised for being one of the key figures in the post war revival of the sport in the UK. As a token of recognition, on the polo international day in 1985 HM the Queen presented Billy with a bronze of a polo player.

In 2010 there is only one polo club in London, it has become one of the most idyllic settings in the capital city and goes from strength to strength.

Upon arrival players and spectators find themselves nestled between the leafy cover of Richmond Park and the River Thames, overlooked by the stunning Jacobean Ham House.

The club now boasts one of the busiest schedules of competitive polo and charity events. Over the last few years in excess of £1.5 million has been raised for worthy causes and every season around 2000 chukkas are played on the Richmond grounds.

This year will be no exception, at the time of

writing the ponies are in training and the opening matches of the London Polo Season will be played on Sunday 2nd of May. The first of the charity events, the Childline Sundown Polo Challenge, will be on Saturday the 19th of June.

This event, now a regular fixture, often features world number one polo player Adolfo Cambiaso making the match one of the most exciting to watch. Famous faces at the dinner and party have included Esther Rantzen the founder of the charity, Neil Fox, John Hurt, Andrew Neil, Elle Macpherson and Jodie Kidd.

Over the past few Years fundraisers for foundations like Laureus, hosted buy Boris Becker, and Adolfo Cambiaso’s charity in partnership with Jaeger LeCoultre have been held. Uma Thuman, Rob Brydon, Fabio Capello and a host of sports personalities have all been present supporting these fantastic causes.

The Chackravarty Cup has also been played on several occasions at the London Polo Club and always features a few members of the Royal family on the team sheet.

Played at a 12 goal level this is the highest standard of competitive polo played during our season. One of the most exciting developments for players and spectators this season will be the addition of a number of international matches. The London Polo Club will hold matches between the home team and Moscow, Barcelona and Bangkok for the ‘Polo International Club Series’, the aim of the series is to promote international cities and polo.

Reciprocal away matches will be held in the various cities and this looks to be nail-bitingly exciting. Matches will be played every Sunday from May till September, picnickers and spectators are welcome. he Sunday Times Rich List is the definitive guide to the nation’s wealth.

The 23rd edition of the high profile and much anticipated list hit the newsstand on in May. Further exclusive bonus content was rolled also online over the next month.

As well as the perennially popular main supplement, this year’s Rich List will had greater accessibility, a dedicated iPad edition as well as exclusive content online for digital subscribers. This year for the first time the information will be fully interactive, creating a uniquely personal and even more useful experience for The Sunday Times customers.

On May 8 the 104 page supplement listed the 1,000 richest people in the UK as well as Ireland’s 250 richest. A perpetual favourite with customers and advertisers, each of the entries are profiled and there are specific tables for the music millionaires, the richest in fashion, the wealthiest hedge fund managers and the top political donors. The list appeared simultaneously on www.thesundaytimes. co.uk/richlist2011 as part of the online subscription - available to new users for just £1 for the first 30 days, subscribers received access to both The Times and The Sunday Times websites, award-winning iPad editions, as well as Times+ membership benefits.

A first for the list in May, saw the online publication of The World’s Richest 200 as well as Europe’s Richest 100. Available to all digital subscribers these international listings include biographies for every entry and fully interactive tables. There is also a facility to search the UK online list for the richest people by country of origin. The lists are based on identifiable wealth (land, property, other assets such as art and racehorses, or significant shares in publicly quoted companies), and excludes bank accounts (to which the paper has no access).

Summer’s on the way and revamping the patio’s a priority if you want to take full advantage of sunny days and sultry nights.

Enjoy the Summer

At this time of year it is common for people’s minds to turn to holidays and getting away from work.

T

he garden, not surprisingly, tends to take a back seat. However now is not the time to forget your plants, if you want to enjoy then all year round. With the heat and dryness of summer, it only takes a day or two to turn a healthy flourishing garden into a scorched savannah. Now is the right time to make sure that watering is in hand.

Before leaving the garden to it’s own devices whilst you take your well earned break, it is essential that any prized plants will be watered whilst you are away. Some of you will have friends or house sitters that can be cajoled or reminded to keep an eye on things, for the rest of us it involves some form of automatic watering system. Watering systems can range from state of the art self contained systems, with their own storage tanks, to small but effective systems using a water timer and soaker hose or drippers.

Unfortunately it is not possible to say which type of system would be best for your garden or lifestyle and prices vary accordingly. What I can say is that there is a system for most budgets.

For most situations I would advocate the use of a water timer, such as those sold by Hozelock and Gardena, attached to the outdoor tap, to control the water to a soaker hose. Soaker hose, also known as leaky or drip hose, is best used for plants in beds and borders, it is wrapped around the base of the plants gently leaking water into the soil whilst the timer is on.

For containers and isolated plants a micro sprinkler or dripper would be better, applying the water directly to the root ball of the plant.

Whatever the system you use, this should always be done in combination with mulching the surface to reduce evaporation. Putting a layer of mulch, such as bark on the surface, dramatically reduces water loss from the soil. It enables the water to soak in slowly, rather than run off and for it to remain in the upper soil levels, which is important for establishing plants.

Although watering systems may seem complicated, in reality they are quite easy to install effectively with the correct advice, most garden centres should be capable of providing this.

Once the watering is in hand I would recommend you relax and enjoy your holiday, with one less thing to worry about.

What I would suggest is that any system you install is put in place at least a few weeks before you first go away, as the timing of the water will need to be adjusted. In this time you will need to keep an eye on the system until the amount of water being applied is adequate, but not

compost urrey resident, Charlotte Skinner began composting when she moved into a house with a garden and decided to start a vegetable patch, just over 2 years ago. Charlotte tells us why she composts and gives some top tips for green-fingered gardeners.

What do you use the compost for?

For our vegetable patch.

Other than garden waste, what weird & wonderful household waste goes in?

All our veg peelings and other food waste including tea bags, egg shells and egg boxes (cardboard ones), some shredded paper and wood ash. hat does composting involve, how much W time do you spend a week doing it and how costly is it?

Time is minimal; you just need to put waste in the compost bin rather than your kitchen bin so a short walk outside is all that’s required and turning the compost with a fork every now and then (we do it about every 4 to 6 months). The only cost was for the compost bin itself approx £17 but with free delivery.

Our 4-year-old daughter loves to help in the garden and one of her favourite jobs is taking her wheelbarrow of garden waste to our larger compost heap and tipping it out. This keeps her amused for hours, as well as enjoying time in the garden she has learnt that some things (weeds) can be pulled out of the flower beds and flowers should be left for everyone to look at and enjoy.

The veg patch has taught her about where food comes from and composting food waste

has introduced her to recycling. Weeding the garden, digging and sowing new seeds have turned into one of our ‘favourite family times’.

Are there any downsides to composting?

The compost bin is a bit smelly in the summer when you take the lid off but when the lid’s on it’s fine.

I f there was one piece of advice you would give to someone thinking about starting to compost, what would it be?

Put your compost bin in an accessible place close to the house. When we first moved in to our new house, we put the compost bin out of the way at the end of the garden.

When it’s raining etc we didn’t want to go tramping down the garden so didn’t use the compost as much as we could have. I would also advise getting a good odour free compost caddy for the kitchen top.

1. Find the right site. Site your bin or heap on bare soil. If space is limited, put your bin on concrete, tarmac or patio slabs but make sure there’s a layer of soil or existing compost on the bottom so garden creatures can colonise.

2. Add the right ingredients. Fill your kitchen caddy with the right ingredients such as tea bags, taking care not to compost cooked food, meat or fish.

3. Fill it up. Empty your kitchen caddy and your garden waste into your bin or heap. A 50/50 mix of greens and browns is the perfect recipe for good compost.

4. After 9-12 months. The ingredients you have put in your bin or heap should have turned into a dark brown, earthy smelling material at the bottom of the bin, which can be dug out, with the newer material being left. Don’t worry if your compost looks a little lumpy with twigs and bits of eggshells – this is perfectly normal. Simply sift out any bits and return them to your bin or heap.

5. Ready! Once your compost resembles thick, moist soil and smells very earthy, it’s ready to use.

6. Collect the compost. Instructions will be delivered with your bin. Simply lift the bin slightly or open the hatch at the bottom and scoop out the fresh compost with a garden fork or spade.

If you have built your own, simply rake out the ready compost.

7. Use it. And watch your garden bloom.

Compost can be used for all types of planting needs – vegetable plants for allotments; general potting (if mixed with something like ordinary soil); or flowerbeds and enriching new borders by mixing in existing soil.

The final part of the triple assessment involves taking images of the breast. In ladies under 35 an ultrasound scan is the commonest way of doing this. In ladies over 35 they will have a mammogram as well. Full field digital mammograms are the most sensitive type available at the moment.

What an area of the breast looks like on a mammogram or an ultrasound scan is the third piece of the jigsaw.

If the triple assessment produces the same answer at each stage the result is said to be concordant and no further tests may be needed. For example, a lump in a 30 year old lady may feel like a fibroadenoma, look like one on an ultrasound scan and a core biopsy shows pieces of a fibroadenoma.

What if the pieces don’t quite fit and the picture (diagnosis) is not initially obvious (the triple assessment is then said to be discordant)? An important part of the triple assessment that is not commonly mentioned is to watch how things change (or not) with time. It would not be unusual to check things a few months later, repeating some, or all, of the assessment to make sure nothing has changed. A thorough triple assessment may actually be a quadruple assessment!

Once again it should be emphasised that in the majority of cases a triple assessment (or a quadruple one) will reveal that cancer is not present. Most symptoms are age related changes or benign lumps. However, it is important that any new change is thorough investigated by a specialist to make absolutely sure that all is well.

elcome to the first in a series of articles looking at Facial aesthetics from a nursing perspective.

Aesthetic medicine is a rapidly growing area, with non-surgical treatments such as muscle relaxant injections, Dermal fillers, light therapy, mesotherapy and face peels to name a few, available to help replace what has been taken away through ageing and the environment. These procedures are no longer sought by just women, with increasing numbers of men also looking for a fresher, younger look.

Recent media coverage via the documentary Botox Britain (BBC 3, Thursday 7th April) highlighted the growing trend for injectable treatments and dermal fillers, including the worrying ease of obtaining DIY kits over the internet, and the so-called teen-toxin phenomenon.

The documentary quite rightly reinforced the need for those considering nonsurgical cosmetic treatments to seek a reputable provider.

This article looks at what regulations are in place for non-surgical cosmetic procedures and what questions you should be asking the healthcare professional before undertaking such procedures.

In the UK, only Doctors, Dentists and Nurses registered with the Nursing and midwifery council can administer injectable muscle relaxants and dermal fillers, although there are many reports of individuals without the correct medical training, such as beauticians, running such services.

Until now these services have fallen outside the scope of the Quality care commission and other regulators. The Independent healthcare Advisory Service (www.

independenthealthcare.org. uk) have recently launched a register of injectable cosmetic providers in conjunction with the Government and Department of Health.

This involves background screens, and registers Quality Assurance Mark approval to regulated healthcare professionals (doctors, registered nurses and dentists).

Aesthetic nursing practitioners are also coming under more pressure. The nursing governing body, Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Royal College of Nursing, advise against ‘remote prescribing’, and say this should be the exception, rather than routine practice. They recommend that individuals undergoing cosmetic injectable treatments should have a face to face review with the prescriber (Doctor, Dentist or independent nurse prescriber) prior to a cosmetic injectable being given, although there is currently no legal requirement for this.

In practice this means that aesthetic nurse practitioners are advised either undergo an extensive independent prescribing course, alter their clinical practice, or in extreme circumstances risk potentially losing their nursing registration. Nurse

Independent Prescribers can legally prescribe and administer licensed injectable cosmetics on their own initiative.

What questions should you ask prior to your nonsurgical cosmetic treatment?

Who will carry out the treatment & are they registered (e.g. GMC for Doctor, NMC for nurse? ✱ How long have they been trained in this treatment & do they have a certificate of accreditation? ✱ How frequently do they carry it out? ✱ Do they have professional indemnity insurance? ✱ Is the treatment painful and if so what form of anaesthesia is used? ✱ Is all equipment used sterile and used only for me? ✱ Will I see a doctor, dentist, or an Independent Nurse Prescriber and will he/she prescribe the cosmetic injectable? ✱ What are the risks involved? ✱ Do you have any ‘before and after’ photographs that I can see? ✱ What type of aftercare regime will I need after treatment? ✱ Will I be reviewed after the treatment – and is this included in the price ✱ What will happen if I am unhappy with any aspect of the treatment?
