Elinor is intelligent, loving, and wise, wheareas Marianne, although sharing many of these qualities, lacks her sister’s perception and rushes headlong into romance. This exquisite and lively tale follows the sisters as they fall in love, make mistakes and experience heartbreak for the first time in their quest to find a balance between sense (reason) and romance (sensibility). WALK FOR WATTS Charity Fundraising Walk | Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village
W
alk for Watts is a charity fundraising walk bringing together visitors, supporters and staff from Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village to raise funds for the urgent conservation of Watts Chapel. This new fundraising event continues the tradition of the Physical Energy Challenge, a 100 mile running, swimming and cycling challenge completed by the Artists’ Village staff in 2015, with an added focus on community involvement to save Watts Chapel, which is undoubtedly a national treasure, for generations to come. Watts Chapel, a Grade I listed Arts & Crafts masterpiece, is one of the UK’s most remarkable and beautiful sanctuaries. It was designed by Mary Watts, Scottish designer, artist and co-founder of Watts Gallery with her husband, the eminent Victorian artist George Frederic Watts. The Chapel was crafted with help from seventy local villagers and continues to serve the community of Compton today.
traveling through the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A family trail featuring Binky Bear will be available for families on the shorter walk, and children will have the chance to meet Binky at the Artists’ Village following the walk. The thirteen-mile walk begins at Ranmore Common near Dorking and finishes at Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village. Safeguard Coaches will transport walkers to the starting point from the Artists’ Village at 8.30am. Refreshments and toilets will be available at several points along the route. The short walk begins at the Artists’ Village and follows a path to Loseley Park and back. Families are invited to follow the Binky Bear Trail and meet this adventurous bear on their return. Refreshments will be available at several points along this route. Walkers will be encouraged and supported to reach a suggested individual fundraising target of £100. All money raised will go to the conservation of Watts Chapel. Entry is £10 for the long walk and £3 for the shorter walk. Registration is free for children aged 16 and under. Dogs are welcome. Perdita Hunt OBE, Director of Watts Gallery Trust, says: ‘We are very grateful to all our friends, supporters, volunteers and donors who participate in Walk for Watts to raise funds to save Watts Chapel. When we undertook some of our extreme physical challenges, there was a chorus from our volunteers who wished to do something in which everyone could participate.’ ‘Walk for Watts is the opportunity to enjoy a lovely stroll or longer walk to save an Arts & Crafts Masterpiece, the Watts Chapel. It is moving that this building is still serving the local community and yet attracts visitors from across the world. Thank you to everyone who dons their walking boots or trainers. You will be making a real difference.’
20 AUGUST 2016
Walk for Watts is the opportunity to enjoy a lovely stroll or longer walk to save an Arts & Crafts Masterpiece Watts Chapel has not received any conservation work for 25 years. This is taking a toll on this magnificent building which includes highly decorated interior works of art and the painting The All Pervading by G F Watts. In the surrounding cemetery, the monument to G F and Mary Watts in the Cloister is at risk of loss through serious water damage, and the well head is losing fragments of terracotta through the effects of wind and rain. Funds raised will be used for conservation and longterm care including cleaning and conserving the interior panels and painting, repairs to the cloister and well head, the re-laying of the path leading to the Chapel and the addition of a hand rail along the path. Walkers will participate in a thirteen-mile half marathon walk or a shorter, family friendly 3.5-mile walk, both routes 2 2 A U G UST 2 0 1 6
Dr Nicholas Tromans, Brice Curator of Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village, says: ‘Watts Chapel is often described as being unique – and it really is! Like a little redbrick Byzantine church miraculously deposited in the Surrey Hills, it is a stunning presence. Just as miraculous is the story of its building and decoration, carried out by local people under the guidance of Mary Watts, who designed the entire project for the benefit of the village of Compton.’ ‘The Chapel has been well loved and looked after since its completion in 1904, but the spectacular interior is now very badly in need of careful cleaning by skilled conservators to reveal the stunning colours of the original decoration. Combined with a new lighting system, we hope to bring back to life one of the most glorious small buildings of England.’

S
ince taking over The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) in 2013, I have seen how creative thinking combined with decent core values attracts great people to do amazing things. I come to work not only to inspire but to be inspired by our students and tutors. For the first time in the 25 years of my career I can quite honestly say that this collective of people are the reason ACM enjoys the best retention rate of any educational institution in our class and our students go onto successful careers within the music industry. Our range of Diplomas are designed to give students a broad, practically focused experience that illustrates the skills and knowledge needed for both further study and a sustainable career in professional music. Through lectures, practical workshops, lessons and discussion-based seminars, students refine their knowledge base and develop as individual musicians, as well as learning analytical, time management, rehearsal and interpersonal skills, creating a fully rounded and employable professional. Regardless of whether our students are studying a Further Education or Higher Education course, here at ACM we’ve created a unique offering where they get first-hand knowledge straight from the industry direct to their classrooms, as well as internships and real-world experience sought out and created by our dedicated Industry Link team… plus a recognisedacademic qualification at the end of it. There are many different reasons why ACM stands out from the crowd in the music education sector: • With campuses in Guildford, Clapham and Chiswick, students are free to use our state-of-the-art facilities at all three campuses. • Students can choose between a Diploma in Music Performance or Music Technology at our Guildford campus, or an IQ in Songwriting & Artist Development or Music Production at ACM London, all of which are great foundations to move on to study a Higher Education course with us or start a career in the music business.
3 4 A U G UST 2 0 1 6
• At our Guildford campus, students have the option to fast-track their career and complete a two-year accelerated Degree enabling them to hit the ground running and enter the industry a whole year earlier than their peers. • Students have the option of studying at our ACM@ Metropolis campus which is situated within a worldrenowned recording complex where over 50% of the UK’s chart music is recorded, mixed and mastered. • ACM students have the opportunity to take trips to key music industry events, such as MIDEM and The Great Escape. • Tutors at ACM are expert educators with top-level industry experience who have a passion to inspire students to achieve their goals. We ensure they possess, not only excellent music industry CVs, but also continue to be active professionals in today’s music industry. This ensures our curriculum content is up-to-date and cuttingedge, and key information can always be contextualised with real-world, present days examples. My advice to students looking to start a career in music is to work hard, study and get experience – and they should look no further than ACM in order to make it happen. So, if you’d like to join us in September to start your journey as a professional musician with an ACM Diploma, then apply today! Kainne Clements Executive Chairman, ACM

which once again features some of the very best literary talent out there. There is really no better place in London for a festival of this nature than Kew Gardens, where visitors can immerse themselves in the rich world of books as beauty, creativity and knowledge come together.” Richard Deverell, Director of Kew Gardens says: “We were delighted to see the huge appetite for, and fantastically warm response to, our first literary festival last autumn, and cannot wait to welcome back authors and book lovers alike. Kew is so much more than just a botanic garden, it is a hub of contemporary, creative thinking, at the fore-front of both the science and arts worlds. I am thrilled that this festival is fast becoming an absolute must on the literary circuit.” Any proceeds from the festival go back into funding Kew’s science and conservation work, so visitors will be supporting Kew’s mission: to be the global resource for plant knowledge, building an understanding of the world’s plants upon which all our lives depend. Author Neel Mukherjee who spoke at Write on Kew in 2015, says: “I felt very honoured to be there,
especially since I consider Kew to be paradise on earth and perhaps the greatest British achievement along with the NHS and the BBC. And that wonderful conservatory! It was GORGEOUS. It was like being in a ship and the Gardens outside, as darkness fell, was the sea in which we were floating. I’m confident that the festival will go from strength to strength.” THE DETAILS

From here they head towards Leith Hill, the highest point along the Greensand Way at 954ft, with impressive views to back this up. Both the Ultra and the Half are mainly on footpaths and bridle paths with only the occasional road sections or crossings making the course free flowing, leaving you with a sense of adventure and achievement. Dorking marks the finish line for those taking on the Half and the Ultra. As well as support from our dedicated Events Team before and during the event, participants will also receive a medal, chip timing, aid stations, professional first aid cover, car parking, WCfacilities and sports massage. H EALTH & BEAUTY
Child Modelling:
A Parent’s Guide
D
o you think your child has what it takes to be a child model? Modelling can be a fantastic, social and fun experience for children of any age. Every parent thinks that their child is the most beautiful, but what if everyone else seems to thinks so too? Does that mean he or she is a potential child model? The world of child modelling isn’t all glamour. You need to be quite realistic about what a shoot involves. There is a lot of waiting around so parents should be well prepared with plenty of books and games. And even if your child gets a job, there is still no guarantee the pictures will be used. For commercials, they tend to book a variety of ‘types’ of children, not deciding until the day who they will use.
Here are some more tips:
And above all, make sure everyone is enjoying it. If your child stops having fun - don’t continue just because you want them to. To find a reputable agency, it pays to do a little homework. Contact advertising agencies, magazines, catalogues and clothing companies to see which agencies they use regularly. If possible, visit the agency. 5 6 A U G UST 2 0 1 6
Avoid agencies advertising for children; a genuine agency will have enough children applying to them not to advertise
Your agency will send the model book out to clients; set up auditions, or ‘castings’; organise payment (and take around 25% commission) and secure you a licence. The licence is a Government requirement for all children aged from six months to 16 years. It is applied for through your Local Education Authority regardless of whether your child has started school. LEA requirements can vary from area to area, but generally
a licence will enable your child to work between 20 to 30 times over a sixmonth period. The money can vary – from £40 a job to thousands. The average rate is £40 an hour, but you will also get paid for castings (around £25). Advertising pays considerably more than editorial work but it is also much harder to get.

• Choose your agency carefully. A good model agency will save you time and stress, and help your child’s modelling career, helping you find the best jobs for your child, making sure their needs are put first and the law is complied with. • Don’t waste money on professional photos when applying to agencies. A good model agency will need only to see snapshots to decide whether your child has potential. • Avoid agencies advertising for children; a genuine agency will have enough children applying to them not to advertise. • Don’t rush into signing a contract. Genuine agencies will always want to meet your child in person and will let you read any paperwork in your own time. • Visit the website of the National Network for Children in Employment & Entertainment (NCEE) for more information on the employment of school-age children. • Be realistic. If you don’t want your child to work during school time, she’s unlikely to get work as most shoots will occur during the working day.

What Is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is currently the #1 non-surgical fat reduction treatment in the world with millions of treatments performed across the globe. This is the original fatfreezing treatment and uses a process called cryolipolysis to permanently destroy fat cells. The area of unwanted fat is gently drawn into a vacuum where it is exposed to a very low temperature. ‘This causes the targeted fat cells to become unstable which triggers their natural death. Whilst this temperature will damage the fat cells, it is not cool enough to damage any surrounding tissues. Over the next few months, the body will naturally remove the dead fat cells via the lymphatic system, leaving you with a defined figure. What we love about CoolSculpting is that the treatment can be used all over the body. Common treatment areas include: • Stomach • Arms • Inner thighs • Love handles Our practitioners will work with you to put together a bespoke treatment plan to help you feel and look your very best.
Introducing the CoolMini
We are thrilled that we are now able to remove fat from smaller problem areas with our new CoolMini treatment. Our skilled aestheticians can now treat double chins, knee fat and axillary puff – that troublesome bit of fat between the top of the bra and armpit.
Before and After CoolSculpting
Double Treatment for Double Chins
For the ultimate double chin treatment why not combine CoolSculpting with ULTRAcel? ULTRAcel is a noninvasive skin tightening treatment which uses ultrasound and radiofrequency to lift and tighten the jowl area. This will further enhance the results of your CoolSculpting treatment and rejuvenate the area.

MEET YOUR MATTE
“Powder bronzers generally give more of a matte finish, which is great for oilier complexions,” says Sascha Jackson, UK head make-up artist for Stila. She recommends that bronzing beginners choose “a shade lighter than you think you need. You can always build the colour intensity as you go,” Jackson adds. “It’s easier to apply more, than it is to tone down.” And it’s not a case of grabbing a big brush 6 4 A U G UST 2 0 1 6
HOW GLOW CAN YOU GO?
“Bronzer should enhance a tan, or warm the skin for a healthy glow,” says make-up artist Lisa Prostamo, who advises that those with warmer or darker skin tones should try a shimmering bronzer, while “fair, untanned skins should avoid shimmer finishes. If the powder has a light shimmer finish, apply to the cheeks to create a pretty glow, and don’t forget the neck and decolletage - bronzer should be applied to this area to balance the face, for a natural,

Faking it… W
e should be relaxing in glorious sunshine right about now, but it’s fair to say this summer’s been a washout so far, with more than its fair share of wind, rain and even flooding. With sunbathing opportunities so few and far between, it’s time to hit the bottle - the self-tan bottle, that is. The good news is this year’s also brought, well, a flood of new products that will help you get your glow on in no time. Whether you’re a self-tan newbie or practically a pro, here are the best ways to fake it this summer...
EXPRESS YOURSELF
Think self-tanning involves a ton of prep, hours slathering on a smelly potion and then a long wait while precariously trying to avoid staining everything you touch? Think again: the latest crop of express products get the job done in record time. Sienna X HIT Express Tan, £24.95, is a ‘high intensity’ lotion that washes off after 60 minutes and develops over the next two to eight hours (www.sienna-x. co.uk). Even faster, NKD SKN Pre-Shower Tan, £13.99, washes off after 10 minutes and can be used every time you shower to grow your glow gradually (www.superdrug.com). And last year’s big tan hit, St St Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Golden Glow Medium, Superdrug
Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Golden Glow, currently reduced to £9.66 from £14.50, is back with a darker medium shade (www.boots.com). Applied like a shower gel, it gives a deeper tan in just three minutes, and comes with the Kardashian seal of approval.
NATURAL FORCES
The active ingredient in most selftanning products is a chemical form of dihydroxyacetone (DHA), which can dry out the skin. A new generation of naturally derived actives are revolutionising the sector, however. Skinny Tan Self Tan Mousse, £21.99, which uses DHA extracted from the brassica napus plant, has become Superdrug’s fastest-selling tanning product (www.superdrug.com). Dr Organic has launched a range of Moroccan Glow Self Tan Mousses, £14.99, available in light, medium and dark (www.hollandandbarrett. com).Incredibly simple to use, Tan-Luxe Hydrating Self

It’s your dough, so before buying make sure you’ve
seen it on show If you have ever come across media adverts from double glazing companies implying that their prices will be cheaper allegedly because they do not have a showroom, their products may well be cheaper, but ask yourself why?
I
t could be that they only employ sub-contract fitters prepared to work for minimum wages, or may-be they are using cheaper window, door or conservatory products? For your own sake, do think carefully about the consequences of being unable to see the double glazing products you are considering buying displayed in a showroom before you order. If you cannot see what you are thinking of buying, can you be certain what the window or door or conservatory you will actually get
8 2 A U G UST 2 0 1 6
will look like or will be made out of if you opt for the “cheapest” quote? Given the significant investment required when double glazing part or all of your property or adding an extension onto your home, it is worth seriously considering only dealing with a company that has a showroom containing well-made high quality, properly fitted products, as you get to see what you are buying, before you buy it. Also, if you do not get what you ordered, or the quality you were
expecting, you then have somewhere easily accessible to go back to, as if need-be you’ll be able to compare what got fitted with what is on display in the showroom. For example, if you visit the Hazlemere Group’s High Wycombe 8,000 square foot showroom in Wellington Road on Cressex Business Park, or their Welwyn Garden City showroom in Hertfordshire on the Mundells Industrial Estate you will be able see on display a wide range of UPVC, aluminium and composite doors in lots of configurations and finishes, various double glazed window systems, aluminium and UPVC conservatories, orangeries,
in High Wycombe, but as it is already well established and paid for, it is not a cost that needs to be passed onto Hazlemere’s thousands of satisfied customers. Hazlemere see their showrooms, and the industry leading home improvement experts they employ, as essential parts of their customer service. Both are accessible six days a week - before, and after purchase, with the High Wycombe showroom also open every Sunday 10am to 1pm. Given Hazlemere Windows, Doors and Conservatories offer a no obligation quotation and free consultation (whether at your home or in one of their showrooms at your convenience),
If you visit the Hazlemere Group’s High Wycombe 8,000 square foot showroom in Wellington Road on Cressex Business Park, or their Welwyn Garden City showroom in Hertfordshire on the Mundells Industrial Estate you, will be able see on display a wide range of UPVC, aluminium and composite doors in lots of configurations and finishes roof lantern lights, bi-folding doors, solid roof extensions, as well as roofline cladding, plastic guttering, UPVC fascias and soffits etc. Trading since April 1985, most of Hazlemere’s experienced home improvement consultants have over two decades of industry expertise, and are on hand to give anyone who visits the showroom, or calls on 01344 989938 during opening hours, free expert help and advice, whether or not in the end you decide to buy anything from Hazlemere Windows, Doors and Conservatories. Most double glazing firms do not manufacture, but simply supply and fit. CHRISTOPHER PEACOCK The Refectory collection defines the “modern classic kitchen”.
R
efectory is a modern interpretation inspired by monastic dinning rooms, prep school dining halls, and Ivy League and English University eating quarters. The furniture in the Refectory collection has inset doors with a simple stepped profile. The Collection features signature pieces inspired by antique English icebox designs using hand selected quartered white oak. Hand brushed fitted cabinetry provides character scale and proportion. The simple stepped detailing, large architectural moldings, and our signature oversized latches combine to suit the modern grand homes of today. It’s our take on creating the perfect transitional space.
The simple stepped detailing, large architectural moldings, and our signature oversized latches combine to suit the modern grand homes of today The hardware in the Collection has been designed by Christopher Peacock and finished in polished nickel. Specifically, the chunky icebox roller latches and strap hinges are a
modern interpretation of a classic. “The hardware in the refectory collection had to be beautiful as well adhere to this notion of scale that is inherent in it. I think of the hardware as cabinet jewellery and, as such, the character of the room is often defined by the choices made. It is important that it function well within a hectic modern family,” said Christopher Peacock. n celebration of its 70th year, British craftsmen in paint and paper Farrow & Ball has reimagined three of its most beloved wallpapers in tantalising new colourways, exclusively available through showrooms and online. Encompassing a geometric, damask and smallscale print, the timeless designs have been given a fresh lease of life using nine new additions to the Farrow & Ball colour palette. chamber as a silk fabric, Bumble Bee is among Farrow & Ball’s earliest papers and was originally launched in 2000. Featuring an enchanting myriad of bumble bees and sprinkled with polka dots, the design will continue to inspire a beguiling sense of playfulness in the new colourways of Peignoir and Shadow White, Cromarty and Yeabridge Green and Vardo and Cromarty. Inspired by a 19th century design, the boldly brave Tessella has become a modern classic for Farrow & Ball. The unique interlocking mosaic pattern remains confidently poised in the new colourways of Yeabridge Green and Shadow White, Vardo and Inchyra Blue and Peignoir and Worsted. Named after the Norfolk hamlet where the original wallpaper was printed, Silvergate is a bold, swirling 19th century English pattern. The perennially popular design has been updated in the sumptuous and striking colourways of Yeabridge Green and Cromarty, Inchyra Blue and Vardo and Peignoir and Shadow White. A fitting tribute to the company’s rich heritage, the papers are made in the same way as all Farrow & Ball artisanal wallpapers. The designs are traditionally block printed using real Farrow & Ball paints, creating papers with exceptional beauty and a uniquely textured appearance. The new colourways are exclusively available to purchase from Farrow & Ball showrooms. Local showroom 15 High St, Esher KT10 9RL. Phone: 01372 477129

he best kitchens don’t just look beautiful, but they behave beautifully too. That’s what international interiors company Neptune believe, and it’s a belief that’s felt in every inch of its exquisitely crafted kitchens. Timeless in style, thoughtful in design, uncompromising in quality, these are kitchens to last a lifetime. Founded in 1996, Neptune is an award-winning British interiors and lifestyle brand with stores across the UK and Europe, including our very own in the heart of Weybridge. For those who are yet to discover Neptune, theirs is a world of beautifully hand-crafted furniture, textiles and accessories for the home and garden. Design wise, they’re perhaps most known for kitchens with their heirloomworthy dressers not far behind. Their trademark ‘look’ is British. Refined, simple, sturdy, and with an almost obsessive attention to detail. And they’re certainly most respected for their commitment to craft and quality. Never will you find chipboard in a Neptune piece, nor will you see MDF, ever. Put simply, they make things they’re proud of, and want you to be too. Neptune’s kitchen collection consists of four signature designs: Chichester, Suffolk, Henley and Limehouse, and each comes with a lifetime guarantee. Chichester is a classic English design with cockbead moulding and has a simple perfection to it. The pared-back Suffolk takes its cue from the Shaker movement and shows a real discipline to design. The almost regal Henley kitchen is crafted entirely from solid oak and includes some rather impressive curved cabinetry. The Limehouse is the sleek one. The most obviously contemporary, it’s full of hidden secrets like a pullout spice rack and white stone prisms that act as drawer dividers. The one thing they all have in common is a wonderful amount of choice. From paint colours and types of cabinetry to work surfaces and even hardware, together with your dedicated kitchen designer you can create the kitchen you’ve always wanted. All of these beautiful collections and more are available to view at the Neptune Weybridge store or online at www.neptuneweybridge.com. And for a limited time only, receive a complementary sink cabinet worth up to £975 when you spend £8,000 or more on kitchen furniture. Full terms and conditions are available in store. Living in Luxury
C
ommissioned by their client to create a glamourous, inviting and luxurious home on the prestigious private estate of St Georges Hill in Weybridge, the design team at Concept Interiors, led by Design Director Samantha Morgan, began working on the schemes whilst the build was still in its initial stages. This was to ensure that the design for the entire property flowed seamlessly throughout each of the spaces, whilst still giving each room its own identity. Using a combination of sumptuous textures and sophisticated finishes they have created a finished property that is luxurious and impacting, yet manages to remain warm and inviting despite its large scale. The Kitchen Family Room mixes gentle grey tones with tactile and elegant fabrics, working beautifully with the sleek kitchen cabinets and statement stone island. Cleverly concealed behind a kitchen door is the leisure complex, featuring an envy inducing bespoke bar and wine room with back lit glass & stone, an entertaining space, gym, spa & pool. Each space has been designed to have its own wow factor, from the Master Bedroom, which takes its design inspiration from the iconic Chanel quilting, to the ground floor cloakroom with its two meter high cascading crystal wall lights. The Drawing Room has an icy elegance, featuring panelled mirror walls, bespoke high gloss furniture and venetian glass lights. Concept Interiors have effortlessly

balanced the cool tones and mirrored surfaces with soft velvets and stunning silks, resulting in a truly breath-taking room that oozes glamour and sophistication. The study is unashamedly dark and masculine, using hints of gold to contrast against the black finishes and the book matched marble flooring. The design team chose to use antique mirror and polished gold detailing in the bespoke joinery to add more drama and finished off the space by tastefully accessorising in a combination of black and gold. In stark contrast to this, Her Master En-suite is overtly feminine. The bath tub is upholstered in white ostrich leather with Swarovski crystal buttoning and finished with a Rose Ogee pink marble top. The large walk in shower has a crystal chandelier shower head and the bathroom fixtures have crystal details. The glamour is continued in the stunning curved, gloss white vanity unit with leather panels and stone worktop and the vanity mirror is equally striking, with its leather and chrome detailing and crystal wall lights, all enhanced with a gorgeous pink marble wall frame.

ome hunters looking to buy a one of a kind new home in picturesque Claygate can visit a stunning new Antler Homes showhome at Lansdown Place. Bowood House, the six-bedroom detached showhome will be unveiled to anticipated visitors over the weekend of August 13th, and represents the quality finish and high standards of the two bespoke homes being built on Ruxley Ridge. Set over three floors, Elgin House and Bowood House are both six-bedroom detached houses, benefitting from spacious flexible living arrangements, open plan kitchen family rooms, separate utilities and a second floor media room. Speaking of the upcoming showhome launch, Sales & Marketing Director for Antler Homes, Denise Stewart, said: “Opening a showhome is always an exciting occasion, especially when you have a special house like Bowood House. “This is a unique home that provides a wow-factor as soon as you walk through the door. It’s a fantastic family space, and also offers the perfect place for those who love to entertain guests and host family and friends. “Claygate is an incredibly aspirational area in which to live, and we’ve already seen strong interest in both properties. The area has a great selection of both state
and private schools on its doorstep, which is an important factor when families with younger children are considering their next move. “Both of these homes are superb examples of luxury executive homes finished to Antler’s high standards, and we’re delighted with the showhome. “We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to Lansdown Place over the coming weeks and showing them around. We hope they will be as impressed as we are.” Both Elgin House and Bowood House are now available to buy at Lansdown Place, with prices starting from £2.1m.
