The first post-war English polo tournament was held at Roehampton in 1947 and the Ham Polo Club team carried off the premier trophy the Roehampton Cup (now played for at Ham). September Highlights at West Horsley Place
As summer fades into autumn, West Horsley Place is preparing a spectacular lineup of events this September that promise to enchant history lovers, families, and nature enthusiasts alike.
From Tudor feasting to Saxon storytelling and fungi-filled woodland walks, this historic manor house in the heart of Surrey will be bursting with life across three immersive experiences: Hosting Henry VIII, Saxon September, and Nature Day.
First, on 13–14 September, the estate travels back to 1533 for the Hosting Henry VIII Festival, a vivid reimagining of King Henry VIII’s historic visit to West Horsley Place. Expect costumed courtiers, spectacular jousting, Tudor music, falconry hunting displays, and theatre as the manor’s Stone Hall is transformed with herbs and banqueting displays. From interactive children’s activities like shield-painting and Tudor dance workshops to hog roasts and authentic historic food, this festival is as educational as it is entertaining.
Later in the month, on 28 September, the manor reaches even further into the past with Saxon September, a special open day that explores the estate’s Anglo-Saxon origins. Living history group Herigeas Hundas will bring the early medieval period to life with demonstrations in weaving, blacksmithing, and combat. Visitors can explore the house and gardens while sampling ancient recipes from Jane’s Historical Kitchen.
Finally, Nature Day on 21 September invites guests to reconnect with the natural world. Led by herbalist Janine Gerhardt, the day begins with a guided foraging and fungi walk, followed by a sparkling wine talk and tasting from Albury Vineyard. An afternoon wildlife walk led by ecologist Ben West rounds off this seasonal celebration, revealing the hidden ecology of the estate’s meadows and woodland.
With its unique blend of heritage and habitat, September at West Horsley Place offers the perfect escape into the past – and the wild. Advance booking is recommended for all events at westhorsleyplace.org

PAINSHILL POETRY TRAIL
Until 18th September
This summer, visitors to Painshill in Cobham can enjoy a unique walk through words and nature thanks to a new poetry trail created by Painshill’s first Poet-in-Residence, Nia Broomhall, in collaboration with the local community.
Find what you find is a trail of 25 enchanting poems displayed at 25 locations across the 18th century landscape, giving visitors an opportunity to experience Painshill in new and inspiring ways.
With echoes of Charles Hamilton (17041786) – who designed Painshill to evoke the emotions of 18th century visitors – the new poetry trail has been developed to foster feelings of wellbeing today.
Nia Broomhall is an award-winning poet and the trail marks the culmination of her 18-month residency at Painshill, supported by Arts Council England. During this time, Nia explored Painshill’s Grade I listed landscape and spent time talking to visitors about why Painshill is special to them. The poems she has written reflect her own love for Painshill as well as the thoughts and feelings of visitors.
Also included in the new poetry trail are poems by members of Painshill’s local community who took part in Poetry Writing
Workshops led by Nia as part of her residency.
Brought together, the poems and the poetry trail – all inspired by Painshill’s historic landscape – are the latest chapter in Painshill’s long creative history. Originally envisaged as a living painting by Charles Hamilton, Painshill is internationally recognised as a masterpiece of landscape design.
Nia Broomhall said: “I’ve been a regular visitor to Painshill since my teenagers were babies and it has always been my happy place. It’s a story. It’s a poem. I knew I could write and write about it. With the poetry trail, I wanted to take the 18th century idea of an emotional trail and turn it into something affirmative, that could support people’s wellbeing.”
“My hope is that everyone can find something in the trail that resonates with them. Creating this trail has brought me a huge amount of joy, and I really hope people enjoy it. I’m grateful to both Arts Council England and the Painshill Park Trust for making this very special project a reality.”
The trail showcases each poem in large installations allowing visitors to walk with the words. Poems are also available as audio recordings.
Tickets can be booked at painshill.co.uk/visit-us
The Decorative Fair: Celebrating 40 years of Antiques, Design, and Art
Autumn Fair, 30 September – 5 October 2025. Battersea Park, London SW11 4N
Since its inception in September 1985, The Decorative Fair has led the way in bringing together the world of interior design and antiques. In the sales booklet for the first Fair, talking about the then existing fairs scene, the Organisers stated: “to a certain extent, interior designers have been neglected. There has until now been no specialist setting in which designers can meet dealers... and where their particular needs are understood and catered to.”
The growth in the 1980s of dealers in what are now termed decorative antiques and objects saw the launch of‘ The Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair’ (its original name)as a welcome initiative. Exhibitors were positively encouraged to be creative with their stand displays to inspire buyers; textiles were experiencing a boom in interest, with the ‘full’ country house look of swags and tails(plus ruched blinds)at the windows, chintzcovered squashy sofas stuffed with cushions, fabric-draped side tables at its apogee. Designers and decorators embraced the event, as did their clients, who came to shop in their droves.
It seems we have turned almost full circle in
terms of interiors fashion since then. Having weathered the austere years of chrome and black, the sparse loft look, minimalism and the like by adapting its offering to include mid-century and post-modern design along with contemporary art (as well as shunning the ‘chuck out your chintz’ brigade)
The Decorative Fair is now the longest running and largest antiques, design and art event of its kind in the UK. With 130 exhibitors coming from across the UK and Europe, the offering is more diverse than ever. The event prides itself on the quality and breadth of the stock for sale. It is a Fair at which one could happily decorate any style of home from top to bottom in one go.
For inspiration and excitement, a fun and relaxed ambience and wealth of choice, The Decorative Fair cannot be matched. Its worldwide renown is why international trade make a beeline for the event three times a year, joining the tens of thousands of private buyers that attend, looking for individuality and creative ideas for their decorating schemes. HAM POLO CLUB
Ham Polo Club is the last remaining of the many clubs that existed as satellites to London’s ‘Big Three’ – Ranelagh, Hurlingham, and Roehampton. The club began life as the Ham Common Polo Club in 1926, with one full sized ground and two smaller grounds. The first ground was next door to Brown Gates House, Church Road, Ham Common, home of the first chairman, Loftus Storey.
The full-sized ground lay between Richmond Gates and Sheen and a regular coach there was Johnny Traill, the first Argentine 10 goaler, who lived at nearby Roehampton. Ham Common Polo Club, together with Stoke d’Abernon and clubs such as Worcester Park, Kingsbury and Crystal Palace, was ideal for Londoners who did not compete in the major tournaments at the ‘Big Three’ but who played for the fun of the game. The 1939 season was necessarily the last for the next six years.
The club continues to play polo between May and September, managed by Lucy Dowie and Manuel Perez, the current President is Geoffrey Godbold. The club’s Chairman is Howard Davis who is a long standing player at the club and local
resident in Petersham.
The first post-war English polo tournament was held at Roehampton in 1947 and the Ham Polo Club team carried off the premier trophy the Roehampton Cup (now played for at Ham). Three years later the club began using a field adjacent to Ham House for matches. Then in 1954, George Stevens, The Dysart families tenant at Ham House Farm agreed to turn the Ham House orchard into a polo field for the club.
Ham was revived in 1946 by William Francis Walsh (1907–1992), known universally as Billy. On returning from service in the Army Billy found that Capt. Tom Brigg, the owner of the stables where he had worked, had died and the stables were on the market. Using his gratuity Walsh bought the stables and revived Ham Polo Club under HPA rules. It is widely believed that Lord Cowdray, Arthur Lucas and Billy Walsh were the trio who rescued polo in the United Kingdom after the war.

Two Slices of Paradise: The Maldives with Sun Siyam
In the Maldives, no two islands are ever quite the same, and Sun Siyam’s collection proves it best. Among its jewels are two standouts:
Sun Siyam Iru Fushi in the Noonu Atoll and Sun Siyam Olhuveli in the South Malé Atoll, each offering a distinct take on the ultimate island escape. Together, they showcase the Maldives in all its contrasts: the meditative hush of untouched lagoons and the spirited rhythm of water sports and beachside gatherings. Whether you dream of mornings spent barefoot on deserted sandbanks or afternoons kitesurfing across glittering waters, these two resorts invite you to write your own Maldivian story. Let’s explore each resort for what it does best.
SUN SIYAM IRU FUSHI
Nestled in the heart of the Maldives’ Noonu Atoll, Sun Siyam Iru Fushi offers a sophisticated blend of barefoot luxury and Maldivian charm. The island is a lush, 21-hectare expanse where whitesand beaches meet crystalline waters, and every path seems to lead to a postcard view. Its villas are ranging from romantic overwater sanctuaries to spacious beachfront retreats. The resort’s 8 dining options ensure culinary exploration is as much a part of the journey as the scenery, with highlights including Japanese teppanyaki under the stars and fine dining beside the lagoon.
Iru Fushi is a haven for travellers seeking an immersive yet tranquil escape. Couples can indulge in the award-winning Spa by Thalgo and private dinners on the sandbank, while families will find the Kids’ Club and shallow lagoons ideal for younger explorers. For the active, there’s
world-class diving at nearby reef sites and guided snorkelling to discover vibrant marine life. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, making it equally appealing for honeymooners, multi-generational trips, and travellers who appreciate a slower, more considered pace in paradise.
SUN SIYAM OLHUVELI
Spread across multiple islands in the South Malé Atoll, Sun Siyam Olhuveli is a vivid, more energetic counterpart to Iru Fushi’s calm. Here, overwater villas stretch elegantly into turquoise waters, while beachside suites open onto stretches of sand that invite both relaxation and play. With 13 bars and restaurants, guests can sample everything from fresh Maldivian seafood to Mediterranean-inspired plates, all framed by uninterrupted ocean views.
Olhuveli thrives on variety and activity. It’s particularly well-suited to travellers who enjoy a balance of relaxation and adventure: activities such as sunrise yoga followed by kitesurfing, or dip in the pool (longest in the Maldives) then take a dolphin spotting cruise. The lagoon is a natural playground for paddleboarding, jet skiing, and snorkelling, while two spas offer serene treatments to unwind after the day’s excitement. Families are well-catered for with connecting pavillions and dedicated children’s activities, yet couples will find private dining spots and quiet beaches that feel worlds away.
Whether you’re chasing serene seclusion or vibrant island energy, these sister resorts promise the quintessential Maldivian escape, each with its own distinctive rhythm. trailfinders.com

THE FINEST SCHOOLS IN THE UK
The Magic of Learning at Aberdour
At Aberdour School, learning is anything but ordinary – our award-winning approach is joyful, innovative and hands-on. Every corner of the school is intentionally designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and make children truly love coming to school each day. Simply put, and as studies show, happy children are more effective learners.
Our pupils don’t just sit and listen; they experience. Whether it’s testing hypotheses in science using real-world tools, designing machines in our award-winning STEM facilities, or bringing history to life through immersive role play, we believe deep learning happens when children are active participants, not passive recipients.
Experiential learning is at the heart of the Aberdour philosophy. That’s why children might be found building bridges to understand physics or programming robots to explore the basics of coding. Through carefully crafted projects and cross-curricular links, we connect ideas to experiences, giving children the “why” as well as the “how”. This approach not only boosts knowledge, but builds resilience, creativity and teamwork – vital skills for life beyond the classroom.
A key part of our success is our exceptional STEM provision, which has received national recognition. Our Robotics Labs, Digital Creativity Centre and Factory are places of innovation, where even our youngest learners are encouraged to explore, experiment and engineer solutions.
From entrepreneurial competitions and sustainability challenges to tech-based problemsolving, our pupils are developing the mindset of future scientists, designers and leaders.
Yet what truly makes Aberdour special is the atmosphere: children feel safe to take risks, inspired to be curious, and proud to share their ideas. They’re supported by passionate teachers who know how to nurture brilliance in every child.
At Aberdour, learning is not a race, a score, or a worksheet – it’s an experience to enjoy. And that joy is something every child carries with them, long after their time at Aberdour.

Empowering every Pipers girl to reach their full potential
At Pipers, being an all-girls school is more than just part of our identity – it’s one of our greatest strengths. Every girl is supported to fulfil their academic and personal potential, not limited by outdated gender stereotypes or societal expectations.
Girls at all-girls schools consistently outperform their co-ed peers academically, but there’s more to it than just exam results. Research from the Programme for International Student Assessment highlights that girls in single-sex schools have higher self-confidence and emotional intelligence, worry less about failure and embrace competition more readily. They set clearer goals, have higher
aspirations and – perhaps most importantly – feel a greater sense of belonging.
This is certainly the case at Pipers. We are a school of individuals and there is no ‘typical’ Pipers student. Student wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, with an integrated provision supported by a dedicated Head of Wellbeing. Our ethos of empowerment was perfectly captured in our four sold-out productions of SIX, which centred on the women in Henry VIII’s life. The show affirmed that their voices and stories were just as significant as his. Similarly, at Pipers, we emphasise that every girl’s voice is as important as anyone else’s – whether on stage, in the classroom or beyond. No one is silenced, and no one fades into the background.
Unlike highly-selective schools, Pipers doesn’t have narrow entrance requirements yet our students’ results are comparable to those of the county’s most selective institutions. Everyday our expert teachers create an inspiring and supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to thrive, whilst never being afraid to fail. Our commitment to academic rigour is balanced with an emphasis on building resilience and self-esteem. This means students are happy learners and our holistic approach prepares students to succeed in every aspect of life.
At Pipers, we are proud to be an all-girls school and we are preparing our students for a future where they know their voices matter. Here, every student is always moving forward.
Come and see for yourself what makes Pipers extraordinary.

Opening the door to your child’s future
A guide to School Open Days
As we approach the new term, it is now when thoughts turn to Independent School Open Days - allowing you to get a genuine feel for the school and whether on first impressions it is right for your child.
TOP TIPS FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF A SCHOOL OPEN DAY…
• Check on the school website if you need to make an appointment prior to visiting
• It is vital that you are prepared so read their school brochures thoroughly
• Take your child with you – their opinion is the most important. Children will get an idea whether they feel comfortable there.
• Talk to as many people as you can: pupils, teachers and the headmaster ideally
• Take an independent walk around with your child and chat about any reservations you might both have.
QUESTIONS TO ASK AT A SCHOOL OPEN DAY….
Some questions will differ according to your child’s age and whether you are visiting a day or boarding school.
• How selective is the school academically and what is the current pass rate for the common entrance exam?
• Are there high expectations and high academic achievements?
• Is the curriculum broad and well balanced? (you want your child to be successful but not too
“Take your child with you – their opinion is the most important”
compelled in pressure)
• What are the classroom sizes?
• What is expected of my child with regard to homework?
• Is there a healthy balance of fun and academia?
• Is there a bullying policy?
• What lunchtime meals are available?
• What sports and music facilities are available?
• What after school clubs and trips are available?
• How many pupils branch out into further education?
After the tour, you may have the opportunity to meet other parents and children on a more informal footing whereby the teachers and the head can answer queries over coffee and biscuits.

CO-ED VS SINGLE SEX (What is best for your child?)
When investing in a product of any value, consumers look at how it meets their needs specifically. So why not do the same for your daughter? An all-girls’ education is designed to do just that; specialise in meeting the needs of girls. Academically, socially and emotionally, girls educated at all-girls’ schools are simply excelling over their counterparts in coeducational schools.
Academics
The Girls’ School Association (GSA) reports that in general, all-girls’ schools enjoy 20% higher attainment, than girls in co-ed schools. The gap between girls in girls’ schools and girls in co-ed schools continues to widen for most subjects, highlighting their specialism in academically empowering their pupils, without compromise or agenda. At Notre Dame School, we have been
placed in the top 10% of Sixth Form centres nationally (both single-sex and co-ed) for our Value Added at A-Level.
Additionally, girls in girls’ schools are more likely to take what are perceived as more male orientated subjects, and especially STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects.
Emotional Intelligence
Research has also proven that girls in girls’ schools are more confident, rounded young women who enjoy more emotional control in comparison to girls in mixed schools. Findings also highlight that they generally possess higher mental resilience than those in other schools, enabling them to banish stereotypes and gender poverty. Put simply, girls in all girls’ schools believe in themselves with confidence and without inhibition. These girls are happily trailblazing their way to brighter, more equal futures, guided by experts in girls’ education. Notre Dame School accompanies each individual in their own learning journey from Nursery to University, providing a unique education and environment for girls to flourish. We enable learning without limits and we believe that all ambitions are valid, encouraging each and every student to be the agents of their own future. Our 400 years of experience makes us specialists in providing an inspiring and empowering learning environment with a single, uncompromised focus: Girls! notredame.co.uk
Sport
Following the Lionesses’ back-toback victories at the Euros this summer, women’s sport is reaching unprecedented heights in the world of sport. Fuelled by ambition, allgirls’ schools buck the trend for girls’ participation in sports, with girls participating in 25% more PE in their curriculum, in comparison to girls, nationally.
A Whole New World of Learning at Banstead Prep School
At Banstead Prep School, every child is Free to be Me. That simple but powerful belief sits at the heart of everything we do - from our inspiring curriculum to the moments of magic that happen outside the classroom.
This summer, one of those moments lit up our stage as Year 5 and Year 6 pupils wowed audiences with a spectacular production of Aladdin Junior. It was everything a school show should be, full of laughter, joy, teamwork and talent. From the first note to the final curtain, our pupils lit up the hall with their energy, confidence and sheer love of performing.
Before the evening performances, the younger children in Nursery to Year 4 were treated to an exclusive first look. Their faces lit up and spontaneous “wow!”s rang out across the hall as the sparkling Cave of Wonders appeared on stage. It was a magical moment, and a reminder of how these experiences inspire right across the school.
“A true celebration of talent, hard work and togetherness… a perfect dose of heartwarming feelgood fun.”
The show itself was a triumph. Pupils delivered lines with clarity and charm, sang their hearts out, and danced with confidence and flair. The Deputy Mayor, who attended one performance, summed it up perfectly:
“A true celebration of talent, hard work and togetherness… a perfect dose of heartwarming feel-good fun.”
Drama is a key part of life at Banstead Prep. From Reception through to Year 6, pupils are taught by a specialist drama teacher in our wellequipped studio. Our curriculum develops public speaking, listening and performance skills, and most importantly, self-confidence. We know these are the skills that last a lifetime, whatever path our children go on to take.
As a school, our vision is to challenge, develop and nurture every child in an environment where they’re free to express themselves and reach for
the stars. Yes, we have high academic expectations, but we go above and beyond in every area. Our exceptional facilities, passionate staff and wideranging curriculum offer children that little bit more.
We want Banstead Prep children to be curious, courageous and resilient—to try something new, to embrace challenges, and to have fun doing it. Whether that’s in a lab, on the sports field or under the stage lights, we’re here to help them grow into the best version of themselves.
Because when children feel free to be who they are, there’s no limit to where they’ll go.

Raffles London’s Guerlain Spa Unveils Luxury Day Experiences
In the heart of Whitehall, the Guerlain Spa at Raffles London continues to set the tone for high luxury wellness with a series of indulgent new spa-day experiences designed for 2025. Two years after its launch, the subterranean sanctuary—spread across four levels of the historic Old War Office – has introduced exclusive packages that blend bespoke Guerlain treatments, refined gastronomy and the kind of experiential touches that make a spa day feel truly extraordinary.
The Tailor-Made Spa Day for One (£1,095) is a meticulously choreographed escape. Guests begin with access to the serene thermal areas and 20-metre swimming pool before a personal consultation and two-hour Guerlain treatment. A fresh juice sets the tone; a two-course lunch provides balance. The day then continues with fragrance engraving at L’Atelier Guerlain, before culminating in a glamorous blow-dry or haircut paired with a glass of champagne. It is London spa culture at its most polished.
For couples or close friends, the Spa Escape for Two (£1,050 per person) turns the Guerlain Spa into a shared haven. Time in the relaxation spaces flows into a joint 75-minute facial delivered in a private suite complete with hot tub. Champagne is poured; conversation lingers; and the ritual concludes with an elegant afternoon tea in Raffles’ Drawing Room – a nod to British tradition with a French-inflected twist.
Adding to the allure, Raffles London has welcomed Andrea Hurst, reflexologist to the stars, to the spa’s treatment roster in 2025. Her exclusive sessions bring a new dimension of precision
wellness and enhance the spa’s reputation as a destination for discerning clients who expect more than surface-level indulgence.
What makes the Guerlain Spa at Raffles singular is not only its treatment menu but also its architectural setting: an immersive, design-led cocoon that houses vitality pools, movement studios, private treatment suites and L’Atelier Guerlain itself. The atmosphere is hushed, enveloping, and a striking contrast to the bustle of Whitehall just above.
As London prepares for autumn, these new offerings place the Guerlain Spa firmly in the spotlight –timely, lavish, and entirely in tune with the expectations of a capital city that thrives on reinvention.

6 DINING ICONS THAT EVERY DESIGN ENTHUSIAST SHOULD KNOW
Food is the universal language of the world, and the table we gather around is its place of translation. A dining space that allows for expression and carries its own story transforms a room from being simply a place to eat into the beating heart of the home. Memories are both made and recalled here, where plates, and passions, are shared. It embodies all the defining characteristics of what we call home.
TAKE YOUR SEAT AND EXPLORE THE VERY TOP OF TABLETOPS IN OUR DINING GUIDE:
Saarinen Dining Table, Knoll (above)
Like a great many things in that magical period of mid-century design, the Saarinen table was masterminded by the Finnish virtuoso Eero Saarinen. Why is it recognisable? Well, because the likelihood is, no matter your level of furniture knowledge, you have seen it before. It has appeared on both the big and small screen, in media old and new, making it a symbol that represents an entire era of design to millions. The piece has been under the stewardship of Knoll since its inception, founded by his longtime collaborator Florence.
Epic Dining Table:
Epic by name, epic by nature. A monumental mass of marble that wouldn’t be out of place in ancient Greek myth, Gubi’s monolithic masterpiece combines a stylish Scandi palette with geometric angles embodied in soulful Italian stone. Designed by GamFratesi, the dining table has proven so popular that it recently gained a debonair dark green outdoor iteration.

BM1160 Dining Table, Carl Hansen & Søn:
As you’re no doubt aware the 1950s were revolutionary for dining and design in general. Nowhere is this more evident than on the shores of Scandinavia. Danish designer Børge Mogensen’s Hunting Table emerged as one of the standout creations of this Northern European creative explosion. His masterful carpentry, paired with his ethos of making design accessible to all, gave rise to one of Carl Hansen & Søn’s most beloved dining tables: the BM1160 Hunting table.
Infinity Dining Table:
The Infinity table by Porada achieves something many find difficult: it takes materials synonymous with sturdiness and strength and sculpts them into sweeping lines and supple shapes, executed with such precision that they appear almost like a natural occurrence within the timber. It’s little wonder that this design has become Porada’s flagship dining solution and one of Stefano Bigi’s finest works.
Clay Dining Table, Desalto:
Harmony and balance are hard to achieve, especially in the home. Yet in our eyes the embodiment of a Feng Shui space can be found in the structural marvel that is the Clay table by Desalto, with a connecting point so finely poised it feels as though it defies the very laws of physics. Topped with a natural surface and true-to-name clay texturing, it is one of those rare visual dining delights. We aren’t the only ones that took a particular shine to this piece, upon its release it immediately became an award-winning design at multiple shows including ‘Iconic Design’ and the ‘Red Dot Awards.’

EM Dining Table, Vitra:
Another in a long line of mid-century masterpieces, Jean Prouvé’s EM Table is a versatile design that elevates any setting it graces. Subtle yet strong. Stylish yet striking. Just as at home in a contemporary Italian interior as it is in a Scandinavian one, it embodies the timeless adaptability found in so many of Vitra’s creations — the ultimate in multi-faceted design. chaplins.co.uk

LIVING MADE BEAUTIFUL
Luxury interior design studio working throughout London, Surrey & South Wales
In the world of luxury interiors, Wells and Maguire has been crafting spaces of enduring beauty since 2018. With studios in Surrey and South Wales, this award-winning practice transforms everything from serene countryside retreats to sleek city apartments into interiors that are as individual as the people who live in them. Step inside one of their projects and you’ll feel it immediately; light moving across a palette of textures, each detail considered, each piece belonging. It’s elegance that whispers rather than shouts; design made to be lived in, not just looked at.
Specialising in luxury interior design, Wells and Maguire create homes that reflect personality, lifestyle, and aspirations. Crafted for beauty, tailored for life. Each project begins with a conversation, but quickly becomes a journey, discovering the colours that lift your mood, the materials that make you linger, the quiet luxuries that turn the everyday into something extraordinary.
This is design without templates. A Georgian townhouse may be dressed in rich velvets and antique brass; a modern riverside apartment might glow with sculptural light and cool travertine. Yet in every setting, there’s a thread of continuity: thoughtful craftsmanship, meticulous detail, and a sense of harmony that makes a space feel utterly yours.
Wells and Maguire’s ethos, living made beautiful, runs through everything they do. Their approach is hands-on, discreet, and entirely personal. From the first design concept to the final placement of
a treasured photograph, they oversee every stage, collaborating with trusted artisans and sourcing pieces that tell your story. Their turn-key service means the transformation happens seamlessly, allowing you to watch your vision unfold without distraction.
Here, luxury is not about excess, it’s about balance, comfort, and a deep connection to place. The results are timeless interiors that evolve with you, standing apart from passing trends and speaking quietly of quality that lasts. For those ready to create more than just a home, Wells and Maguire offer an invitation: to imagine the space you’ve always wanted, and to see it brought to life with artistry and care. Whether it’s a complete transformation or the refinement of a single room, they’ll ensure it’s not only a place to live, but a place to love.
