This represents a 25 percent (#) and 17 percent ($) respective decline from June 2017 but nearly double the activity witnessed in July 2016. On a cumulative basis, sales activity through July 31, 2017 included 223 transactions totaling $463.4 million, a 7 percent decline (#) but a 3 percent increase ($) from the same period one year ago.
