Mileway, the largest owner of ‘last mile’ logistics real estate in Europe – with over 1,600 assets in 10 major European countries.

Brief

Provide comprehensive Property Management and professional services (which includes accounting, demanding and recovering rent, debt management, service charge and insurance management, as well as financial reporting) for a portfolio of 525 properties and over 4,600 units.

Results

Property Management: in addition to providing a comprehensive asset management service, we also implement tailored void unit action plans and manage suppliers. We also deliver an extensive asset risk, cost and condition reporting service

Accounts Management: our Real Estate Management Accounting team produce monthly financial reports, as well as prepare VAT returns and Management Accounts

Data assurance: working closely with the Client Team, we verify all data before it is shared with the Property Management team and we review and maintain the database on an ongoing basis to ensure its currency Treasury services: we reconcile all cash movements, produce monthly treasury reports and bank reconciliations, manage 134 bank accounts, process over

46,000 receipts annually and pay around 1,800 invoices every year. Financial management: includes providing Accounts Payable, Cashiering, Treasury, Debt Management and Credit Control services, to dovetail to comply with MiIeway’s systems.
