We advised on a major office and leisure acquisition, assessing a multi-tenant building investment in Birmingham city centre, which featured offices, a restaurant and a substantial car park. Our valuation reported a market value of £10,000,000.

Our client, a major PLC, is one of the leading providers of endof-life services with a substantial freehold and leasehold national portfolio, primarily consisting of mixed-use operational properties. We were appointed to provide a Desk Top Valuation for a portion of the portfolio, which includes 894 properties situated throughout the UK in most major towns and cities across the north, Midlands, London, as well as the southeast and southwest. A small number of properties are located in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We provided a Red Book Valuation of a mixed-use asset in Birmingham City Centre. The property featured a variety of retail uses on the ground floor, anchored by Tesco, with offices over four floors, together with rear parking. The report guided our client’s decisions for a major office refurbishment of the office accommodation following their acquisition of the property.

Our team valued a complex portfolio of mixed-use assets including retail, residential and office buildings in London and the southeast of England for secured lending. The portfolio was valued around £60,000,000. We efficiently organised comprehensive data supplied by the bank’s customer to ensure precise representation of the intricate income streams within the portfolio.
