Frame Construction 18 Gauge, 7/8” round steel tubing, prevents buckling and gives support in all directions and supports a weight capacity of up to 380 lbs. Legs have a single, 3/8” steel horizontal front brace, and dual 3/8” steel horizontal back braces for added support to the frame and to prevent side to side shear. Seat height from floor is approximately 20”. Frames have 7/8 rubber caps to protect floor surface. Seat Construction 16 Gauge rectangular steel (steel size ½” rect.?) seat frame with rolled sides for additional strength. Seat frame is 15-½” Wide X 16-½” Deep. Seat base is ½”, moisture resistant smart board, and is padded with 2 ½” thick, 8 lb. density rebond foam, covered with 30 oz expanded sewn vinyl Backrest Construction 1” HiD Ethacell closed cell foam; laminated to a curved 1/8” shaped plywood backboard with threaded metal inserts; covered in 30 oz expanded vinyl. Choose from 10 powder coated metal frame colors 3. Seat back is upholstered with 1” thick HiD closed-cell foam (insert 16.5”W x 8”H) 4. Extra strong “G” shaped metal seat frame w/ back retainer for easily replacement of seat assembly 5. ½” moisture resistant smart board finished bottom, 2-1/2” thick high density re-bond foam seat cushion – meets Cal 117 and BIFMA fire retardant requirements 6. Air vent holes at back of seat facilitate quiet air discharge 7. Each chair is padded with 2-1/2” thick, 6 lb. rebond foam covered in 30 oz. vinyl and a wooden smartboard bottom. Maximum artwork size for chair seat is 14” wide x 15” high.
