Sport & exercise are powerful tools for mental health, acting as natural mood boosters. Endorphins, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

Every construction business should provide sporting opportunities for their operatives, to help address the problem of poor mental health in the construction sector.

Despite the fading light, we managed to get some pictures of this amazing place.

Mental health issues are four times more prevalent in construction than within the general population.
