#215 What Wondrous Love Is This – wondrous love

+Unison Prayer of Confession Holy God, You promise us a life full of blessing, but we do not always believe. You incite us to hope, but we fall back into fear. You urge us to give freely, but we cling to what we have. You call us to watch at all times for you, but we grow lazy and self-absorbed. Forgive us.

Rebekah LeMon

+ Time of Silence + Assurance of Pardon One: Hear the good news! By faith we have been saved, our guilty hearts washed clean. Refreshed, revived, and renewed, empowered by the Holy Spirit, live as ones who are forgiven and freed, giving thanks to God. All: Amen. Anthem

Wade Thomas, Baritone

For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. + Hymn

#744 Arise, Your Light Is Come! – FESTAL SONG

+Unison Prayer of Confession Kate Culver Gracious God, our sins are too heavy to carry, too real to hide, and too deep to undo. Forgive what our lips tremble to name, what our hearts can no longer bear, and what has become for us a consuming fire of judgment. Set us free from a past that we cannot change; open to us a future in which we can be changed; and grant us grace to grow more and more in your likeness and image, through Jesus Christ, the light of the world. Amen. + Time of Silence + Assurance of Pardon One: Friends, hear these words of assurance: our Lord is gracious and kind, slow to anger and abounding in love. God has not treated us according to our sins or charged our iniquities against us. As high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is God’s love for those who fear the Lord. As far as the east is from the west, so far has God removed our transgressions from us. All: Thanks be to God. Amen. Anthem

#780 Come Quickly, Lord, to Rescue Me – DISTRESS

+Unison Prayer of Confession Jamie Butcher Eternal and Loving God: You are forgiving and kind. We need your grace and mercy because it is far too easy for us to exchange your convictions for our convenience, your standards for our status, and your absolutes for our ambition. We think we are full of life, but in reality, we are asleep to your presence in the world and your work in our lives. Without you, we are dead. Revive and restore us, O Lord. Fill us with your life and hope. We pray through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. + Time of Silence + Assurance of Pardon One: Hear the good news! By faith we have been saved, our guilty hearts washed clean. Refreshed, revived, and renewed, empowered by the Holy Spirit, live as ones who are forgiven and freed, giving thanks to God. All: Amen. Anthem

We believe the best way to raise a child who will continue to worship as a youth and an adult is by inviting them to worship with their church family. Additionally, we offer several options for children through 3rd grade to engage in the Sunday experience in different ways. Sunday School is offered for all ages from 10:00-10:50 a.m. in age-level classrooms. During 9:10 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship Godly Play is offered in Room B-111. Godly Play is a Montessori-style approach to Biblical education. Professional childcare is provided for children in kindergarten and younger on Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon on the Nursery-Preschool hall.
