The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is located in downtown St. Catharines, Ontario at the corner of St. Paul and Carlisle Streets on the shared traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Neutral Peoples and many other Indigenous People from across Turtle Island.
This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. We offer our sincere gratitude and respect to the original and continued stewards of this land and are reminded that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous Peoples.

TWEET TWEET! by Femmes du Feu Creations is an early years contemporary circus show that encourages babies and toddlers to embrace the natural world. It tells the story of a magical tree and two young birds who discover play, each other, and learning to fly within its branches. Drawing on themes of compassion, negotiation and how relationships evolve, this sweet cirque performance features aerial arts, acrobatics, and surprises. Families are welcome to stay and play for a short window post show — children can interact with the tree, the performers and take photos!

Rediscover the classic works of Rudyard Kipling as you’ve never seen before! Mowgli, his friends and his foes in Jungle Book are brought to the stage using shadow play, original music and eye-popping video. This hit show dives into themes of our relationship to the earth, its animal kingdom and belonging.
Please note: This show is an original adaptation of stories from Rudyard Kipling with all new music and visuals. It is not “Disney’s The Jungle Book” and will not feature songs or imagery from that — or any other — The Jungle Book productions.

The imPACt Education Series brings students into the PAC to experience the arts in a world-class setting, often for the very first time. Through daytime music, theatre, film and storytelling performances by Canadian artists, students connect what they see on stage to what they are learning in the classroom — and to the world around them. With tickets offered at a guaranteed low price of $10 + HST, imPACt helps make the arts accessible, meaningful and memorable for young people across our community.
October 15: Secret Path Live
Secret Path is an animated film adaptation of Gord Downie’s musical album and Jeff Lemire’s graphic novel about Chanie Wenjack, a young Indigenous boy who died after escaping a residential school in northern Ontario. This screening will feature a live musical score performed by a full band.

This concert is a journey from the earliest jazz vocal renderings through the Great American Songbook. Along the way, audiences learn about the improvisational musical fusion that is jazz, developed by African American, American Indian, and European harmonic structures and rhythms.
