老板电器洪伟光:以烹饪全链路解决方案 引领中国高端厨居生活

3月20日,《2024房建供应链企业综合实力TOP500-首选供应商 服务商测评报告》(以下简称报告)在北京正式发布。会上,新浪地产采 访了杭州老板电器股份有限公司工程事业部总经理洪伟光,通过深入交 流,探讨关于“好房子”、“新质生产力”的理解以及瞄准AI赛道引领 未来烹饪生活方式变革,助力绿色生态、智慧建筑的打造的解决方案。

“千厨千面” 烹饪全链路解决方案提供商 助力好房子解决方案 今年两会期间,住建部部长倪虹强调:“下力气建设好房子,鼓励企 业研发好产品、好材料、好设备,合力建造绿色、低碳、智能、安全的好 房子。”《政府工作报告》也指出“深化大数据、人工智能等研发应用, 开展‘人工智能+’行动,打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群。

据中国信息通信研究院数据显示,2023年我国人工智能核心产业规 模达到5787亿元,人工智能产业链已覆盖芯片、算法、数据、平台、应 用等上下游关键环节。特别是在生活应用领域,AI大模型的发展更也是 引领着未来烹饪生活的变革。

早在2年前,老板电器就开始在人工智能赛道上进行探索,引入了 烹饪生成式 AI 小模型,构建了数字厨电的内容平台,推出全球首位 AI 烹 饪助理 ROKI先生。

洪伟光介绍道,2023年老板电器发布了全新的企业定位,即“烹饪 全链路整体解决方案提供商”。致力于打造一家以用户为中心,包含硬件、 软件、内容、生态为一体的解决方案公司,品类布局覆盖烹饪前、中、后 全链路。

烹饪全链路将延伸至厨电无法覆盖的地方,嫁接烹饪前、中、后链路 上的外部平台,满足用户在食材采购、营养分析、厨房改造等种种需求, 真正实现“千厨千面”的烹饪全链路新体验。“从硬件制造企业,到烹饪 全链路解决方案提供商,AI 时代的到来不仅为老板电器的科技创新带来 了加速度,为行业开辟出了一条全新的增长赛道,持续引领 AI 时代的人 类烹饪生活方式变革,这也是我们中国好房子、好厨房的未来的模样。” 洪伟光认为。

去年,老板电器推出了创造者i7系列,利用数字技术和AI技术赋能 烹饪,降低普通消费者对烹饪的门槛和难度。“烹饪需要经验积累。我们 希望通过技术和先进科学降低门槛,提升烹饪乐趣。”

以iPhone为代表的智能手机,降低了摄影摄像创作的门槛;崛起的 造车新势力以辅助驾驶技术降低了出行的门槛等等,这些不同领域的创造 者,在不同维度为每个人带来了获得自身所需美好生活体验的可能。这同 样符合老板电器的企业使命:创造人类对厨房生活的一切美好向往。

洪伟光表示“我们希望通过科技降低烹饪的门槛,让所有人都能体验 到烹饪的乐趣。”

以创新科技为引领 探索新质生产力 当前,深化大数据、人工智能等研发应用,成为加快发展新质生产力 的重要举措之一。

今年全国两会期间,习近平总书记多次强调发展新质生产力。新质生 产力正在成为推动经济高质量发展的重要着力点,房建产业链都在研究如 何开拓思路,发展新质生产力,向“新”而动。

“我们说新质生产力的核心是创新性与引领性,对于老板电器而言, 如何更深地解读新质生产力,从中寻找到接下来的发展方向,是摆在我们 面前的一道重要课题。或许题目的答案不是一朝一夕可以得出的,但我相 信它的内核一定是科技创新和用户需求。”

域节能降碳工作方案》,其中明确,到2025年,城镇新建建筑全面 执行绿色建筑标准,到2027年,超低能耗建筑实现规模化发展,建 成一批绿色低碳高品质建筑,建筑领域节能降碳取得显著成效。这也 要求企业在科技创新的同时,更加重视绿色、低碳产品的研发与应用。 老板电器深谙厨房集中排烟痛点,基于绿色设计理念,“老板中央吸 油烟机CCS”正是绿色设计创新的典范,既守住了赛道,也开拓了城 市更新的新应用。
